Yes but this is a rate of the film characters is it not? I assumed it was since we're in the film forum... either way I'll rate him on how he is in the book.

WELL, it's a rate of whichever you know best really. Obviously people are going to be swayed by how they are in the books and adjust that in or vice versa.
