I think Scheiße could be a really quirky, interesting choice (especially after You And I). Not to mention it's the best on the album. Release it already plsthx.

I think Marry The Night should be the 5th single. I actually think it's less risky than Scheiße which will be good after releasing 'You and I' as a single.

I also like:

Americano

Hair

Bloody Mary

Government Hooker

But I really don't think the last two would perform that well as singles. Surprisingly, I tend to skip Scheiße most of the time. It's alright as a track but not as good as the four above (and Marry The Night) IMO!

She should release Marry the night as 5th then Hair...then she can have fun with the risky singles next year - Schiebe, Americano then Heavy metal lover. I love Bloody mary but it just wouldn't get played in the US...the last thing she needs is another religious controversy than will lead to more lazy madonna comparisons.

Before the album was released GaGa said that she wanted to release 8 or 9 singles from it.
That's what her label wants and the campaign is running for 18 months. How many did B release from Sasha Fierce? 9 in the US if I remember right...So it's not that unusual. You have to keep in mind gaga had released 3 just after the albums release aswell. Most campaigns run for the same amount of time...just gaga is releasing more singles. Back in the day Michael Jackson used to release loads of singles from albums. You can't stop in the download age...work work work. Rihanna doesn't sleep. Beyonce keeps going on about this year long break she had...but I seriously doubt she took much time off. She recorded 4, shot the artwork, released a new fragrance, worked on the clothing line with her mother, did some personal appearances, charity work, shot a commercial in germany...I could go on. You have to hustle non stop if you want to stay on top. If gaga wants legendary status...it needs to be release after release after release and tour tour tour for the next ten years...there will be ups and downs but you need to establish your sales and grosses in that period for a long career. Madonna and Britney (well 4 years sadly for Brit) both knew this. Even if there are points when the mass public are bored of her gaga will still have her huge core fanbase.

Gaga won't become a legend simple by releasing song after song and doing tour after tour.

No but statistics (sales/groses etc) are just as an important as cultural impact and the other elements it takes to be considered a legendary figure in the entertainment industry. You can be a legend in different ways. Gaga's already made a big impact...even if she died tomorrow....she'd be remembered as the youtube queen, the first superstar of the download era and for reviving the music video as an event. I can't see any new artist topping the monster ball as the most successfull debut arena tour in history ($227m gross) anytime soon either. She's got plenty of time to impact society in other ways.

OR, she will be remembered as that weirdo who copied Madonna and wore a dress made out of meat :D

You shouldn't blame gaga for the failure of everything in your life or take out your insecurities on her. She inspires me to make something of myself, have ambitions and work hard everyday. If you have goals you can achieve them. In the time you wrote that last message you could have got off benefits and found a job for example.

God, you are so far up Gaga's arse that she will be wearing you to the VMA's this year.

Weren't you warned the other day in the Chart thread for throwing insults at other members? Posts will be removed if you carry on.

slimane12 - I don't claim benefits, I don't need to, I earn enough money to have a happy life. Can you say the same?

I like it, but I couldn't see it as a single, no way! It took me a few listens to get into to it, too. :P

Heavy Metal Lover or Marry The Night for me

Both fantastic.
