On 'Let's Dance for Sport Relief' they did say there was going to be a performance from David Hasslehoff next week! :o

Oh no, this better just be a happy coincidence and not related to ESC!

Latest tweet from a news editor at the Star on Sunday:

Fair play to the blogger who keeps phoning & asking who @Ed_StarOnSunday is going to reveal as UK Eurovision entry but you'll have to WAIT!

Oh no, this better just be a happy coincidence and not related to ESC!

However bizarre the thought of him at Eurovision sounds, I wouldn't bet against it!

Oh, well that's that then.

Yet another UK entry I won't be able to get behind :puke2:

I'll disown the BBC forever if it's David Hasselhoff. Internal selections should at least throw up somebody half decent, the days of jokes and crap being selected from national finals are behind us surely? :drama:
Don't know if I could deal with 'The Hoff' at eurovision. Mainly because my Mum's old boss (who she hated!) was called Janet Hoff.

East 17's new single is 3 minutes long! I hope this doesn't prove those rumours to be correct :o

ESC Forum says that Katie Melua is now being rumoured again, only a few artists left to be rumoured about now :P

Re: The Hoff - would the BBC really throw the unveiling of our Eurovision song onto a completely unrelated show? Surely they could at least put together some sort of history clip show with the performance as the finale.

I'm personally hoping for Ghosty's prediction of Jamelia. She'd probably prefer to be on our jury though, loves a panel that one :drama:

David Hasselhoff would just be , I hope they send Jump In My Car if its true :kink: (obviously a bottom 5 position beckons either way), I hope this is a nice surprise, but looking at the recent rumours, it looks like its gonna be another letdown :(

Please don't take this as fact, but I've just read something on Twitter that suggests the song may be called "Mechanical Man".

?

Sounds like something from the latest Take That album. Imagine that!

I read another rumour that Nastaha Bedingfield was thrown into the mix as well, that would have been a better choice actually.

'So much interest in my Eurovision story. Not 100 per cent sure it's going online so you might have to wait til tomorrow's paper. Soz!'

Gah :drama: Shocked that the BBC haven't got in there first tbh, is this actually legit by the way, the Star is well known for stretching the truth!

Atomic Kitten! Lets have a brief look at some stats;

#1 singles in my personal chart: Eternal Flame, It's OK, Ladies Night, Believer (4)

Albums in my top 50 of all time: Ladies Night (#38), Right Now (#43)

Position in my current weekly album chart with The Essential Collection: #4 (#2 last week)

Placing in my all time favourite artists list: #6

How happy everyone else will be with this decision on a scale of 1-10: 2

How happy myself and Jonjo will be with this decision on a scale of 1-10: 10

Amount of stock I take in the Daily Star on a scale of 1-10: 3

So YAY if it's true (although I don't see them lighting up the scoreboard particularly, certainly not with a song called Mechanical Man ) but I'll hold on until we get something from the BBC.
