Next it's my personal least favourite on the album, Run The World. Sadly not as amazing as the Beyonce track (yep, I went there), this mid-tempo track does add a bit of variety to the album amidst bangers like Papi and On The Floor plus ballads like Starting Over and Until It Beats No More. Somehow this managed an 11, which I imagine helped it survive bottom place.

And another mid-tempo now, also not the best of tracks... I actually honestly forget how it goes, but it's a bit better than RTW for me. They'd be my Love? bottom two I think. I'm actually a bit shocked this didn't come last, it's by miles the most forgettable track for me!

One Love does seem about right in 9th place, it's a nice song but the album is really very strong on individual track terms. Run The World should be equal LAST with Good Hit though, I just do not GET IT.

One Love is rather fabby, also the only track Jenny has a writing credit on.

Its nice to hear her bitch about her past lovers :lol:

I love One Love! It's so bouncy.

'One Love' is so much better than '(What Is) Love?' imo. I say this because they both leaked around the same time in 2009. I think it deserves more love quite frankly :(

And now it's the first 'banger' to appear thus far. Invading My Mind was written and produced by Lady Gaga and RedOne which I thought would create a fan favourite. Personally I don't think it's the worst banger (that's Papi), nor is it the best (that's Hypnotico) but it could maybe be a bit higher! This seemed quite marmite, it got a few 5/6s but also 2 10s and a few 8/9s.

''Like a wild wrecking ball, crushing block by block'' might be my favourite (ridiculous) lyrics of OH11. I can totally understand why a lot of people find it a bit middling, but that chorus is wondrous and I really enjoy the verses for how rubbish they are.

My piccie is very fitting I think for the title :lol:

 

I like this one, its not overly bad or amazing though.

And now it's the lowest of the 3 singles, in a bit of a shock! I expected this at least 5th, but evidently you guys didn't feel so. It only got 5 10s, and it also got 2 6s, so not overly bad but it didn't get enough love to end up top 5 as expected. As the 2nd single, this What's My Name? sound-a-like hit top 10 in the UK but didn't do fantastically elsewhere despite the rather good video.

 

What the ACTUAL fuck! I am outraged. As seen by its run in my chart, IIY is my favourite of the singles :P

'Invading My Mind' :wub: One of my faves.

 

'I'm Into You' is disgustingly low.

Invading My Mind is pretty crap. The chorus is such a damp squib it's unreal. 8 is a solid average for I'm Into You seeing as it's very much an 8/10 song.

Somehow this managed an 11, which I imagine helped it survive bottom place.

 

Run the World got an 11 from me because it's my favorite song on there. :wub: I love the background music. It just all works for me as a song. I'm sad it's only at 9, but I'm not surprised.

In 6th place, just short of a slot in the top 5, it's the lowest of the ballads - Until It Beats No More. Personally I think it's a lovely song but I expected it a bit lower to be honest - glad it's not though! While it isn't as strong as Starting Over or What Is Love? in my eyes, it's a really nice ballad that boasts some quite heartfelt vocals and rather lovely lyrics.

Now it's a HUGE shock as 3rd single and massive banger Papi finishes 5th :o I honestly expected it to comfortably win but it's come 5th! Now honestly I am POSTIVE it's so, I checked 3 times in disbelief I'd got the scores right :o Anyway, as I have said numerous times, I really feel this song is overrated (it has been growing on me lately mind, I do really like it now) and Hypnotico does the job better imo. It's about right in 5th imo, shock as it may be...

 

 

So that leaves Hypnotico, On The Floor, Starting Over and (What Is) Love? fighting it out? Predictions for the top 4 are welcome, I will reveal the top 4 tomorrow...

Both of those are amazing. UIBNM in particular (hence the 11), I love the ridiculous can't-quite-make-the-notes ad libs at the end.

UIBNM is stunning! Really, really love it, although I'm pleased that 'Starting Over' has finished above it :D

 

'Papi' is incredible. I really, REALLY love that one, also. Hopefully it becomes the big hit it deserves to be!

 

My top 4 predictions:

03. '(What Is) Love?'

But I'd rather...

Starting Over should win! But I think On The Floor will win easily and Starting Over will be 2nd. What Is Love? and Hypotico will fight for 3rd and 4th. I don't see Love? beating Hypnotico so I'd say:

2. Starting Over

3. Hypnotico

4. (What Is) LOVE?

I know it's foregone conclusion that On The Floor will win, but I would be so pleased if it didn't. Any of the other 3 would do.
