October 19, 201113 yr Author It wont fall to #45 on the Official Chart. It will fall to #31-42 nothing below that. If you say so! I doubt it though. I wont hold my breath for the album or single doing amazingly well. The worrying thing is My Heart Takes Over will most likely sell more than the album. Album sales are poor at the moment so hopefully they'll ride the Christmas market sales-wave, but it's too risky. October 19, 201113 yr I meant to say 39-42 There's no way they'll be that high. They've been between #42 - #49 all week, and Foster The People is top 40 combined (two versions behind The Sats) pushing them down another place. I'd say #45 - #50.

Saturdays have other versions top 1000 though and will benefit from the weekend effect.
October 19, 201113 yr Author The proof will be in the pudding, as they say. (AKA the official chart on Sunday) 152.5K this week. I have 161.5k down in the Sales thread  69k, 34k, 20k, 14k, 15k (ish), 9k = 161k

Their looking at the bottom half of the Top 50 by the looks of it.
October 23, 201113 yr shadow2009, Vidcapper answered you with 161.5k in the first page of this thread: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=134960 but then you asked him a second time, to which he gave 152.5k lol. 161.5k is the correct one.

Oh, thanks, lol. Didn't realise I asked twice. :o!
October 24, 201113 yr I wouldn't even say that, it's done significantly better than a lot of their singles and its total sales will be healthy. I'd say they already are even.
October 24, 201113 yr Oh I would very much class it as an underperformance. Not just by their 2nd single standards, chart run wise it's done worse than a lot of their singles. Sales Wise it'll end up mid table, but it really felt like this was THE ONE they were pinning their hopes on to finally get #1/be HUGE.

So far its outsold 3, 4 of their 11 singles, not that great. Do you mean 'even' as in break even? Breaking even at 99p in this day and age is not possible unless you sell a significant amount. And even that depends on what deal was done with the producers/writers, more factors are involved too. Edited October 24, 201113 yr by 2ndAdventure
October 24, 201113 yr Yeah, this was pretty much a huge underperformance. For a pre-album song, and having decent airplay/promotion i'd say 200K max is really weak considering The Sats have been around since 2008 and should be clearing that figure no problem. It was just annoying how it seemed like it was going to be massive, and then it dropped ten places in it's third week and just kept plummeting. #68 on iTunes now. :( Pixie is still top 40.
