I'm not sure I entirely get the Moves Like Jagger love. It's essentially a Jamiroquai track ten years out of date.
How can anyone here in their right minds think Dappy would make a "good number one"? It's a completely awful song by our most thoroughly FOUL pop 'star'. Vile vile vile.

"What should be number 1?" Well, Dappy, if it's the best seller of the week.

 

However, based on musical and lyrical content it would have to be Damien Rice's Cannonball by a country mile.

 

And I'm with Shoat on the Moves Like Jagger thing - I don't get it at all. The insistent whistling sound is just too annoying for me. And my only memories of Jagger on stage were him prancing and striding around and leaning over the microphone.
