The production is pretty wild, almost as good as Aura — I would never consider it as a single or anything but it's such a good album track. The lyrics are actually pretty good too which is rare 4 her - Applause and Venus are clearly the stinkers of the album so far

It always makes me laugh seeing the Rihanna fans trying to claim credibility for her singing (which is limited) by saying she's reached 'GaGa level' :lol: :lol: When GaGa actually has a range similar to Adele of all people.

 

Also, that Venus :puke: is the stinker. And she wanted to release it!! What was she thinking.

Yup, sounds rotten. There's a decent verse melody in there smothered by all that awful iamspamamispamwhoamspam sink production and those lyrics. She really has nothing to say, no stories to tell on this album does she? It's going to be a stone cold mess, save for maybe four or five tracks.

Is there a link to the actual HQ studio version of it and not just the LQ snippet which was recorded at the listening party? It's the song I'm anticipating most whenever ARTPOP releases.

That's the song I want to get my hands on as well.

 

I'm baffled as to why they haven't pushed it already, although 'Do What U Want' has all the potential to keep her afloat.

Donatella sounds MESSY.

Donatella is the first uptempo that doesn't sound messy.

Tacky packaging. It looks so amateur.
