Far superior than last week's dull performance. Still the weakest girl left in the competition.

Janet 9.5

The Risk 9.0

Misha B 9.0

Rhythmix 8.5

Sophie 8.0

Frankie 8.0

Marcus 7.0

Craig 7.0

Sami 6.5

Johnny 6.0

Nu Vibe 5.5

Sophie: Better than last week but I'm still not that impressed by her. It would have been nice if she performed the original version of the song but that was never going to happen.

Rates 2011 (week 2)

9.5 Janet Devlin - (I Can't Help) Falling In Love With You

9.0 Marcus Collins - Russian Roulette

8.5 Misha B - Would I Lie To You?

8.5 The Risk - Just The Way You Are

7.0 Sami Brookes - I Will Always Love You

6.5 Craig Colton - Best Thing I Never Had

6.5 Sophie Habibis - Wherever You Will Go

6.0 Frankie Cocozza - The Scientist

4.5 Rhythmix - I'm Like A Bird

1.0 Nu Vibe - With Or Without You

1.0 Johnny Robinson - Can't Get You Out Of My Head

01 Rhythmix - You'll all probably think I've gone CUCKOO by doing this - but that was my favourite performance so far. I just loved it, such a feel good performance amongst all the ballads. And, it was sung really well. 8.5/10

02 Sophie - AAAHH, her voice is just beautiful. It was a very safe choice - but she's just gorgeous to listen to. No gimmicks. 8.5/10

03 Janet - Probably her weakest performance yet for me - but still my favourite performance so far. I just love how delicate every song she sings feels, really smooth and soft and lovely. Anyway, enough of me gushing. 8/10

04 The Risk - What makes them different to Nu Vibe is the simple fact they sing as a group. They feel like a group, and I think they're fantastic. 8/10

05 Marcus - When he was on the ball, he was the best of the night, 9/10. However, there were quite a few points when he went a bit off key, and there were bits too deep for him. I still enjoyed what he did with it though. 8/10

06 Misha - A massive step down from last week for me, it just didn't seem very different to the original, which is what I love about Misha. I love the performance element, but I'm just a little bit disappointed after how amazed I was by her last week. 7.5/10

07 Sami - Sat here with such a smile on my face, sure it's a bit copycat and karaoke, but the bottom line is - she can sing it, and she can hit the notes. There's people like Janet and Sophie with quirky voices, it's refreshing to see a normal voice, who can just.. sing. 7.5/10

08 Craig - A lot weaker than last week - only the last 45 seconds did him any justice. The first verse was pretty flat, but once he gets going, he is quite good. 7/10

09 Johnny - I actually think he sang quite well there... the bits I could hear throughout me and my mum screeching with laughter at the 'Blueberry' comment. 5.5/10

10 Nu Vibe - Whoever thought, let's have them sing with minimal instrumental at the start, was a good idea. It wasn't, it highlighted their flaws. You can tell they're five solo singers. Weak. 5/10

11 Frankie - I lost count of how many flat notes there were, I could count the notes he hit on one hand. 2/10

Very possibly on a par with Teenage Dream. She really gets the emotion out of the song and I do so love an underdog.

That was a brilliant vocal performance. Definitely did justice to a great song. Safe choice, but excellent choice. Calling performance of the night! :D

Sophie - Everyone seems to be disappointing me tonight, her voice is so gorgeous and on paper, the song was perfect for her, but something wasn't quite right. Her voice cracked a couple of times, however at the end her voice became stunning again. I just want her to a performance like she did at bootcamp or judges houses, as she was great, but these first two live shows have not been as outstanding as I was hoping. - 7.5/10.0

With Kitty getting the pimp spot, I doubt she'll be in the bottom 2 tomorrow even with a dreadful performance. Therefore I'm hoping the bottom 2 tomorrow night will be Nu Vibe Vs Frankie Cocozza. Easily the worst two performances of the night imo.

Yep. Anything else would be undeserved. Those two can't step it up to the live shows, they should be gone.

NOOOOOOOOO! Why does she have to sing It's Oh So Quiet??! It's not even originally by Björk! Damn! I was expecting something wayyyy more interesting!

Kitty Brucknell - It's Oh So Quiet

So OTT. :D Gotta love an OTT theatrical performance and Kitty's vocals are brilliant. I was hoping she'd scream like Bjork but she didn't. :( Regardless, that was vocally a great performance. 9/10
