Big jumps for Ray and Bobby.

Ghostbusters, Thriller and Monster Mash have all had official top 100 positions in week 44 of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. I think all 3 still need to climb quite a lot before midnight if they're to continue that for a fifth year. It's probably not working in their favour that the 29th and the 30th of October are in different chart weeks this year.

Kitty is performing the

Marilyn Manson

version of

'Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)'

so I hope the original

Eurythmics

version climbs a lot.

Regarding Misha's song choice,

'Disturbia'

is one of

Rihanna

's best songs! :o I think the other song must be

Eminem's 'Like Toy Soldiers'

.

Well, it is all down to opinion as usual I suppose.

I just think it's so boring, and very "2000 and late". But that's just me. It got to #1 in the US, so clearly a lot of people do like it.

Apparently Craig is singing

Set Fire To The Rain

- how original :P

Full songlist:

Sophie Habibis - Bang Bang

Little Mix - ET

Janet Devlin - Every Breath You Take

Johnny Robinson - Ole Devil Called Love

Craig Colton - Set Fire To The Rain

Frankie Cocozza - Should I Stay Or Should I Go

Marcus Collins - Superstition

Kitty Brucknell - Sweet Dreams

Misha B - Tainted Love

The Risk - Thriller

I assume

Bang Bang

is by

Cher.

Set Fire To The Rain

to return to the top 20 again then  :drama:

Superstition and Thriller

should get the biggest boosts out of the rest.

Thriller at least should get a top 100 position after all then, although it's still uncertain for Ray and Bobby.

+ It's her biggest selling song in the US as a lead artist. Hopefully Misha smashes it and it can get back into the top 75 like Russian Roulette!

Glad that WFL is increasing/RAAI's decreasing ( :P BTW I love the song but still...). I'd love for it to overtake RAAI next week and climb back up to #2.

Don't think I could cope if Colton performs THAT song - I'm already sick of it. Perhaps it'll push the release of an accompanying video.

I can see us never getting a music video for it now. Her next US single is Rumour Has It, so that will probably be the next video, in a few months.

I think Craig is closing the show, and its such an epic song, and he always has a big impact on the original song that he performs so hoping for a massive boost for SFTTR

Currently #43

If 'Set Fire to the Rain' is going to climb anywhere - I hope it's straight into the T10 - it's too good a song to miss out on a T10 placing. Such a shame to think a music video has been delayed so far that it'll have a minimal effect.
I bet Set Fire to the Rain is going to be back in the top 40 tomorrow, probably pushing a song I love like Drake, Sneakbo or Beyonce down to #41. Don't get me wrong, I love SFTTR, but it's had a long time in the chart, and I'll be gutted if it kicks out a song who's only chance at top 40 is this week.

I'd rather see an excellent track like 'SFTTR' get another deserved week in the top 40 than those tracks you've mentioned. :P

Our musical tastes are so polar opposite and if the Beyonce song you're referring to is 'Countdown' then I do hope that mess fails to go top 40. :D

WOW! by showing just 10 seconds of Cher performing "Stay" on X Factor it is now #115 on itunes

Awwww. Yes, it's Countdown. I love it. :( I wouldn't be too gutted for that one though, since I'm sure it can climb in next few weeks. Drake and Sneakbo are probably going to peak this week tbh.

But we both like Set Fire to the Rain, so our tastes can't be that opposite. :D
