Posted November 2, 201113 yr So the next single will be #13... unlucky for some, maybe that means it will have the opposite effect on the sats? Anyway from the previews, which would you like to see as the next single... Edit: If you voted before the topic was closed (pre 07/11) please vote again now all the clips have been 'unlocked'. Different clips are also available to listen to on the iTunes store - 2ndAdventure Edited November 7, 201113 yr by 2ndAdventure
November 2, 201113 yr Seems a bit premature really seeing as we don't even have every preview yet. From what we do have I would say Faster or The Way You Watch Me.
November 2, 201113 yr I was stuck between Last Call, Get Ready, Get Set and The Way You Watch Me, but went with Last Call, because I think it would suit late winter more than the others. :)
November 2, 201113 yr I'll re-open this when we've at least heard all of the clips. No point in voting for things we haven't heard.
November 7, 201113 yr Re-opened! Please read the Edit in the first post if you voted before 07/11/11. I look round a lot of forums, and one of the most common comments about this LP is that it doesn't "sound like them". The sales for Notorious and All Fired Up where both underwhelming, perhaps due to this very issue. However, because The Saturdays aren't mutli-platinum album sellers (you get the picture, etc) you'd think their 'come and go' audience wouldn't have an issue with this. 'Faster' seems like the obvious choice in that respect because it reminds me a bit of Ego, and the production is reminiscent of their previous material. However personally, my favourites from this album are 'Do What You Want With Me' and 'Get Ready, Get Set'.
November 7, 201113 yr it HAS to be 'faster', I'm hooked on that 90 second clip alone, it's brilliant!
November 8, 201113 yr I think White Lies has emerged as my favourite snippet. It's catchy as hell and it has a proper pop sensibility which is exactly what they need after their two forays into dance didn't manage great sales totals.
November 15, 201113 yr I didn't listen to 3 of the previews so won't vote until I have, but I did listen to Faster and am suprised it's winning, it's too like Alexis Jordan for me to want it to be a single, I'd personally pick The Way You Watch Me from the ones I have heard, I love it. :)
November 20, 201113 yr Any of these would do great: Faster Get Ready, Get Set The Way You Watch Me For Myself
November 20, 201113 yr Faster would probably be the most successful. It or Get Ready, Get Set I would be happy enough with.
November 20, 201113 yr Faster would definitely be the best choice, but they wouldn't be wrong to go for White Lies, The Way You Watch Me or Get Ready, Get Set.
November 20, 201113 yr I'd quite like White Lies, Faster or Get Ready, Get Set. They'd all be wonderful choices!
November 20, 201113 yr I'd like 'White Lies', but I do think 'Faster', 'Do What You Want With Me' and 'Get Ready, Get Set' would also be good choices.
November 21, 201113 yr The more I listen to OYR, the more I love White Lies, so I'd have to say I want White Lies as single #4/#13. There's so many songs that I'd love to be singles! There are only 4 songs on the album that don't get a 10/10 from me, those are the singles and DWYWWM, and the lowest of them is 7/8 out of 10.
November 21, 201113 yr Apaprently Greg James played Faster on Radio 1 earlier and said it's the next single. Up - Higher - Faster... what next? 'Over'? :P Hopefully Faster will get radio back onside. And please someone tell their management to release this on a quiet, less competitive week for once! :P Edited November 21, 201113 yr by Encore

They've been going for 4yrs, but aren't established enough to release on busier weeks? It just doesn't make sense. They can release it whenever they like as long as there is support from radio and TV.
