November 13, 201114 yr Great to see Eagle Eye Cherry save tonight back in the top 100, what has brought it back does anyone know??? Michael Buble done well this week and looks like he will remain high for the next few weeks now, im surprised cher llyod debuted higher than the wanted, plus swagger jagger has benefited well jumping 32 places to number 41. Shame Birdy didnt make top 10 in the albums though. Pixie Lott just scraped into the top 10 i was sure #9 would have been her very lowest, im happy to see Rihanna returning to number 1 and beating Jls in the process too!!
November 13, 201114 yr Awwww. Swagger Jagger #41. Damn. Good debuts for The Wanted and Christina Perri. They'll probably both climb in the coming weeks. I'm also a bit shocked that Who You Are isn't doing better.
November 13, 201114 yr Author Might as well stick this in here, there isn't any sales content though. ============ Rihanna’s former Number 1, ‘We Found Love’ ft Calvin Harris, bounces back to the top of the Official Singles Chart denying Official Chart Update leaders JLS a sixth Number 1 – for the time being at least. ‘We Found Love’ gave the US-Barbadian singer a phenomenal sixth Number 1 in five consecutive years, a record unequalled by any other female solo artist, when it first claimed the Official Singles Chart title six weeks ago. The song has never been out of the Top 3 since its release. ‘We Found Love’ follows Rihanna’s previous Number 1s ‘What’s My Name’ (January, 2011), ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ (2010), ‘Run This Town’ (2009), ‘Take A Bow’ (2008) and ‘Umbrella’ (2007). She has also scored four Top 10 Albums including the Number Ones ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ (2008) and ‘Loud’ (2010). Rihanna’s sixth studio album ‘Talk That Talk’ is released on November 21. JLS take the Highest New Entry title this week with ‘Take A Chance On Me’, the second single from forthcoming album ‘Jukebox’, goes straight in at Number 2. The boyband, runners-up on X Factor 2008, can now count eight Top 10 singles to their name including five Number 1s ‘Beat Again’ (2009), ‘Crazy For You’ (2009), ‘Love You More’ (2010), ‘The Club Is Alive’ (2010) and ‘She Makes Me Wanna’ (2011), and two hit albums; JLS (Number 1, 2009) and ‘Outta This World’ (Number 2, 2010). ‘Jukebox’ is released on Monday (November 14). There is just one other new entry in this week’s Official Singles Top 10; 20-year-old singer, model, actress and fashion designer Pixie Lott’s ‘What Do You Take Me For’ ft Pusha T is straight in at Number 10. ‘What Do You Take Me For’ follows the Number 1 singles ‘Mama Do’ (2009), ‘Boys & Girls’ (2009) and ‘All About Tonight’ (2011), and debut album ‘Turn It Up’, which peaked at number six in September 2009. Pixie’s second album ‘Young Foolish Happy’ is also out on Monday. Over on the Official Albums Chart, Susan Boyle has secured an impressive hat-trick of Number 1 albums this week as ‘Someone To Watch Over Me’ flies straight to the top of the Official Albums Chart. ‘Someone To Watch Over Me’, her third album in two years, follows previous Number 1s ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ (2009) and ‘The Gift’ (2010). Since first coming to the public’s attention with one of the most startling auditions in the history of reality show Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle has gone on to sell some 14 million albums worldwide, been Number 1 in 30 countries and has had simultaneous Number 1 albums in the UK and the US on no less than two occasions. The Official Albums Top 10 sees another three new entries behind Susan Boyle. 18-year-old Cher Lloyd, another member of the X Factor alumni having been a finalist last year, sees her debut album ‘Sticks & Stones’ straight in at Number 4 following her two Top 5 singles earlier this year, the Number 1 ‘Swagger Jagger’ and last week’s Number 4, ‘With UR Love’ ft Mike Posner. Boyband The Wanted take the Number 5 slot with second album ‘Battleground’ which follows last year’s self-titled debut which peaked at Number 4. Finally Dutch violinist and conductor Andre Rieu is back in the Official Albums Top 10 as new release ‘And The Waltz Goes On’ ft the Johann Strauss Orchestra and, on one track, the soprano Hayley Westenra is straight in at Number 7, giving Rieu and his hand-picked orchestra their third Official Charts Top 10 in less than three years. November 13, 201114 yr If I've got my sums right, Jessie J's re-entries enable her to clock up 100 weeks in the Top 75 singles this week, just seven days after Jason Derulo achieved the same feat. Jessie's though have all come within twelve months of here first entry, in w/e 4th Dec 2010. Very impressive, I just wish the music was better!
November 13, 201114 yr They got the name of JLS's 2nd single wrong. Although that song title does sound very JLS.
November 13, 201114 yr Very surprised Coldplay are out of the Top 5 already in the albums. Think they will obviously hold more steady than Cher and The Wanted over the next few weeks though. Would expect them to drop quite quickly especially Cher. Joe Mcelderry just missing going back Top 40 and up to #42! Really happy with that. Hope he can go back Top40 next week with his tour in full swing and Christmas promo starting.
November 13, 201114 yr quite a flop for Pixie Lott & deserved too, the song is dreadful... and a surprising underperformance for Coldplay, this would become their least successful album ever...

November 13, 201114 yr Where's Princess of China? Am I missing something??? It's at #178 on iTunes right now, so surely it's no surprise that it isn't top 75? Or was it A LOT higher earlier in the week?
November 14, 201114 yr and a surprising underperformance for Coldplay, this would become their least successful album ever... It's not hard as they have sold enormous amounts of albums. Just expected. However, a bit surprising that it's losing its steam so fast.
