How many has j-lo sold with love?

~101k, but she's now 6 weeks gone from the T200, so won't move much from week to week now (hint hint). :P

Brand New Eyes,Riot and Rated R please?

BNE ~335k

Riot - see note 3

Hey, do you have the total sales for 'The Fame (Monster)'?

2715.5k

Caro Emerald has a very successful debut without having a hit...She has sold more than Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez..

Without Adele we'd still be waiting for an album to hit 1million, not even 900,000 yet :o

Bruno Mars has done so well with is debut though, consistent sales ever since released, and will hit 1million eventually.

Rihanna's sales for Loud are amazing too, considering it was out last year (which were big sales)!

Jessie J should hit 700,000 by the end of the year I think depending on how big the x factor effect is (should be big after Who You Are) and xmas sales for it.

Surprised Beyonce hasnt sold more, hopefully she can get up to at least 400,000 by end of year.

Total sales for Plan B and Olly Murs, please? :)

They'll both be in the T40 update tomorrow.

Beyonce has a UK special airing Dec 4th after X Factor, it should give her a push. Do shows like that normally help alot or just abit?

NR 11.5k while charting - unknown for the 4 weeks since.

Jay says Cinderella's Eyes has sold 12,689 up to 6th November :D

OUCH. How on earth is she getting a third single?

Still can't believe Chris Brown hasn't reached 200K yet with four singes (two being HUGE, one being a decent hit and the other flopping). :(

Plan B on 1.2 million?! :o Wow. I remember when I bought it the week it was released and thought it'd be lucky to go platinum. :o

UK urban artists tend to sell more albums than US ones, it seems.

Well, it's more down to the fact that "Strickland Banks" is about as urban as Amy Winehouse.

So his is the *only* non-urban hip-hop, then?

Im guessing 350,000, 105,000 and 180,000?

Only the last of those has charted this year, and even that has now been relagated to the budget album chart.

The album isn't hip-hop, it's a pop-soul album with the odd rapped verse.

But AIUI, soul also technically counts as urban...

It's tenuous, and even then your point that "urban" is a poor album seller is invalid given that if you're counting soul then the two biggest selling albums of the century are urban.
