Charity and Cain, where do you think this will end this time round. I am disappointed they have split Cain and Moira up. Couples are now very thin on the ground in Emmerdale, Jimmy and Nicola will get passed her kiss but i would think Dan and Kerry will split.

It's as if Kate Oates hasn't gone anywhere with the affairs going on atm :lol:

How the hell no-one here is talking about Emmerdale is mind-boggling. It positively wipes the floor with EE & Corrie. If it doesn't get awards for these last few episodes then we know awards cannot be taken seriously (if they ever were of course). I haven't cried at a TV show since the episode of The Royle Family when Nana died.

The past few episodes have been exceptional, Natalie J Robb in particular has been sensational. Really shocking episodes but superbly acted from everyone.

Those last three episodes were some of the most intense, emotional + gripping pieces of television I've ever seen in soap. Absolutely incredible. Somebody give Natalie J Robb ALL of the damn awards.

That's horrid. :( I used to love her character when I watched the show as a kid.

Emmerdale doesn't seem to have iconic characters in the same way Eastenders and Corrie do, but I think Zoe Tate, along with Kim Tate, fits that bill. Very sad news, although I've read about fans donating money for treatment and it seems to have gathered a lot of interest. Hopefully it is enough to help.

REALLY excited about next weeks episodes! I don't have a clue who they're going to kill off but Emma + Pierce is surely too obvious :unsure:

is leaving so I assume its going to be that character that dies. Unless they're planning to kill off two characters. I'm certain that character is going though.

It was rumoured but in the same way Holly Barton/Sophie Powles was rumoured to be leaving (i.e. all but confirmed).

I loved tonight's episode - such an improvement on the rather poor episodes (by Emmerdale standards) on Monday and Tuesday. Absolutely mad but incredibly watchable and enjoyable.

 

Gillian Kearney was superb. As mad as Emma is - I can't help but feel sorry for her.

I loved Monday's as well as tonight's, but Tuesday's was really wtf with the attempts of 'comedy'. Could have done without that one.

 

Cannot wait for Thursday's and Friday's though! This is going to be so thrilling!

Emma is very much a Sienna from Holltoaks (lesser scale obv, Sienna is one of my all time fave soap characters) for me :lol: As you say, she is mad but you still feel for her and kind of just want her to have James and get what she wants and be happy and be all crazy anymore!

I've really enjoyed all three episodes actually, I find Marlon and Paddy a great double act so the comedy was to my taste I guess! :lol: Emma is TERRIFYING, Gillian Kearney has played it so excellently.

I've been loving this week's episodes! Especially last night, fantastic acting
