The Saturdays and Pixie are having dreadful album eras. Feel bad for Kelly but she performs on the show this week so her album may rise. Happy N'Dubz have flopped. Good on Olly, I think his second album is better than his first so he deserves his success. Who apart from vidcapper is buying Joe's Christmas hits, this is the worst cover with the worst video ever.

 

 

Joe is selling his album on QVC shopping channel, I think the sales must be pretty good and I think he's touring also and doing tv appearances, so he's doing well really considering it's just another covers album.

I don't find the flop Greatest Hits packages in the least bit surprising. Both Gorillaz and N-Dubz have only had a handful of hits the public will recognise, both have been inactive from the mainstream all year and neither have any new material to promote it with. I never understand why acts release Greatest Hits packages without something to promote it with, the two singles did absolute wonders for Pink last year, I doubt it would have sold anywhere near half of its total without them.

Doubtful, theres a lack of new releases!

Not sure how her album will perform next week, don't forget straight after the X Factor Results on Sunday, there is Beyonce's TV Special, Kelly's performance will be left in the shadow, will people forget it :lol: Beyonce's hype is bigger than Kelly's bum ^_^

I'm surprised Olly Murs is selling so strongly with his album, although I think its a lot to do with the strength of his first single, heart skips a beat, rather than the second one which is weaker in comparison.

Very simple: because we are not allowed. The OCC monitors it, and we could get into trouble if we post exact figures and positions.

Its not absurd, rather be safe than sorry. With all the album info in the artists update, as there seems to be a lot, I'm weary of adding more to it, as we are practically giving away the top 40.
