Back to da roots with the video I see. Lovely song too! I hadn't bothered listening to it before this.

I think that should be one of the rules off thus forum - no discussion of who is better than who.

I would've liked 2 or 3 more tracks seeing as we've heard 5 of these already but nonetheless colour me excited! If what we've heard so far is anything to go by, then this is surely going to be album of the year (or at least close)!

Same, this is reminding me of when BTW was released and I had several tracks on repeat, I'm just like that with Born To Die, Off To The Races and Blue Jeans (not so much VG now)!

Another new song at her official YouTube account... not one on that tracklist so I don't know what the plans for it are but it is gorgeous.

"Yayo" isn't new either. There's 29+ Lana Del Rey songs out on the internet alone!

It's been a while since I've pre-ordered an album. Really excited about this! :D

I am really excited for this album release now. I am quite tough to impress when it comes to a whole album, but every song I've heard so far from this album (Video Games, Born To Die, Blue Jeans, National Anthem and Off To The Races) are all excellent! I am really really looking forward to the album so much. Have I said that yet?!

 

I am completely obsessed with Born To Die. If this is not a smash I'm going to be disappointed. It kind of reminds me of Wonderful Life by Hurts. Which is probably why I love it so much. :P I'm amazed how she's slipped under the radar to now, but please let be 2012 be a great year for Lana.

Born to Die is certainly the album to look forward to in Jan-Feb, alongside with Kathleen Edwards' Voyageur.

I have to say I wasn't blown away by 'Video Games', I grew to really enjoy it (it became an 8/10), but I just didn't think it was worthy of all the praise it got, there was something missing for me. 'Born To Die' is just exquisite however, and is in every way stunning, along with 'Blue Jeans' which has got me far more excited for this album. If she has other stuff of this standard, then I can see 2012 being Lana's.
