I will be buying Patrick Wolf's Brumalia EP tomorrow but that's probably about it for this week.

^ This time of year always is ridiculously quiet for music I'd buy. Looking at the release schedule the Fixers EP next weeks is probably the only thing I'll buy until mid January.

 

For anyone interested, 7 Digital are counting down their top 24 albums of the year in the form of an advent calendar and each one will be available for £4 for all of December. Elbow, Mastadon, Lady Gaga and Ryan Adams have been revealed so far.

Sway 'Still Speedin' - great use of sample here, he sounds like a better version of Skepta

Basto 'Again And Again' - sounds a lot like Avicii

Skrillex 'Kill Everybody (Bare Noise Remix)' - don't like the original but this is great dubstep!

Downloaded the clean version of Lloyd's song, now I can listen to it out loud without shame, yay :D

That, plus it's the lead version and the one on the radio.

Yeah, I normally prefer the explicit version but this song is just unnecessarily crude in its explicit form.

Agreed, the first version I heard was on the radio - but when I watched the explicit version of the music video I was baffled by the unnecessary amount of times Lloyd mentioned 'p***y'; for such a radio-friendly sounding song, putting out an explicit version was an odd thing to do.
