As for the songs, we know that 'We Found Love' is being used at some point, and so is a very popular David Guetta song that they've turned into a ballad (likely 'Without You', with Rachel on vocals). Sam & Mercedes have also filmed 'Summer Nights' from Grease. I think they'll all be in this episode, given they fit a love theme that they seem to be going for, and the episode after is Michael Jackson which they've only just started filming.

I read Rachel sings 'a ballad like girl version of a David Guetta song that is popular on the radio today', I think that's Without You.

So, after not getting the hits they wanted by doing theatrical songs, they've decided to do an episode which seems to be full of current and recent chart hits? I approve of this move. But 'Moves Like Jagger' and ESPECIALLY 'Sexy & I Know It' (worst song of the year, hands down!) REALLY? :(

Such a sweet song, they've done an alright job with it and the performance should be very good I'm imagining, from looking at the photos.

'Wedding Bell Blues' & 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' now confirmed for this episode, and the David Guetta song is confirmed as being 'Without You'.

I was worried they'd ruin 'Without You' by making it slower, just like they did with Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. But no, they've done a really good job. Lea's vocals are excellent and it's obviously slower but some of the production has been re-created in more of a piano/classical form it seems, and it's the production that I love about the original.

Without You is easily the best song from this ep :wub: And this is coming from someone who really dislikes the original!

 

So looking forward to this ep, the gap is killing me and it doesn't help that I've been rewatching lots of old eps :lol:
