I don't know to be honest. I've not listened to much of theirs at all as what I've heard I don't like. I shall let those who know them better decide as the thread on The Weeknd isn't in here.

The Weeknd is mostly rnb. I don't think he fits the indie/alt/rock description. :(

ritualz - Ghetto Ass Witch (feat. Gvcci-Hvcci)

Lana Del Rey - Born To Die

Active Child - Call Me Tonight

Kele - Devotion

Burial - Street Halo

He / they is also very Pitchforky though! Like a hipster Drake. Admittedly, there isn't that much altness away from the Siouxsie, Beach House etc. sampling and allegedly drawing influence from chillwave sounds, which I can't hear myself.
It's alt-rnb, analogous to alt-pop and alt-rock.

Foster The People - Waste

Lana Del Rey - Diet Mountain Dew

Metronomy - We Broke Free

PJ Harvey - On Battleship Hill

Wild Beasts - Plaything

Diet Mtn Dew is a song from 2010, and going to be properly released in 2012 at least as an album track, so in no way released in 2011. :(

It was on his mix he made for Fabriclive (#59), and it's sooooo gorgeous. One of his best songs in ages (the mix has some really great songs too, another Four Tet original "Pyramid" and Active Minds - Hobson's Choice)

I had no idea that she had released anything before. Was it an EP?

I will replace Lana Del Rey with Benjamin Francis Leftwich - Atlas Hands. I don't know if it has been discussed though.

85 so far. I shall open this for voting on either Saturday evening or Sunday morning with whatever has been nominated up to that point. Hopefully it'll be at least 100, otherwise I might add a few more, not specifically personal choices, but songs by acts who've generated discussion in here throughout 2011.
