I do hope this is more 'Fireflies' than 'Hello' and can get to #1 rather a more disappointing #13. :( 3. It's radio friendly enough to appeal to floating music lovers (not just die hard Clarkson fans) and it did what it said on the tin. A top 5 hit with some decent enough longevity. Now we can move onto the far better second single!!! :D Yes, I actually think this is a great track - much prefer this to 'MKIA'. Would be great if this can scrape the top 10 - seems like a big ask but like Gotye, with Radio 1 support it could help this track do well. 5. I'd like to think 'Domino' will overtake 'Troublemaker' and possibly 'Good Feeling' so that it has a chance at #1 next week. That said, I heard 'Troublemaker' earlier on and it's not as bad as I'd been suggesting. It's still nowhere near Taio's best single but compared to 'Little Bad Girl', it's a masterpiece!!! :lol: 16. Of course it's not a co-incidence as the whole BBC Sound of 2012 poll has boosted the song. I just think if that Michael (whatever) wins, he'll be a disappointing winner imo. 26. Charli XCX - Nuclear Seasons (34) (CR-34-26) Poor Charli, if I was one of those critics putting a list forward then Charli XCX would appear in mine. Then again, Ed Sheeran was already building up his fan base 12 months ago and nobody thought he would make it big, but that's exactly what happened. So there's still hope the XCX. :D 34. Swedish House Mafia vs. Knife Party - Antidote (Re-entry) (CR-39-OUT-34) This song is mental, video even moreso. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this goes to #1 in the UK in a fortnight's time. I think it's a great track - quirky, dark and suits the context of the video brilliantly. 'Antidote' = the big January dance hit. 36. Will.I.Am feat Mick Jagger & Jennifer Lopez - T.H.E (The Hardest Ever) (NEW) (CR-36) It seems so wrong but sounds so right. After the way things went in 2011 with the most unlikeliest of successful comebacks, why can't Mick Jagger himself have a monster hit in 2012? Age shouldn't make any difference and Jagger's got more attitude in this song than most young rappers will achieve in 2012. :lol: Baa baa black sheep have you any wool? Out of all people, it's you and not ROBOT or Scherz or something! Disappointing :( You should know by now that I'm not a slave to the UK charts like most of BJ! I couldn't give a toss about a UK release, a Dutch release or a South Korean release, the song's been growing on me since the summer and working its way slowly into its consciousness, it hitting #1 for me finally just happens to clash with the UK release. I DID give it 4 points in its original contest which is more than most people did :P Did you not see the chart runs for Moves Like Jagger, The A Team and On The Floor in my chart, i.e. my top three of 2011? None of them made particularly huge initial splashes. More than most people on this forum, it takes me a LONG time to get into some songs, probably because I only play songs three or four times a week whereas a lot of people on this forum play the same song 20 times in a day so are obviously going to get into it more quickly! At least I don't get bored of songs through overplay like everyone else seems to - why? because I don't ever overplay anything!

I gave it points in BJSC, it was the first time I heard of the artist, I was not aware of him previous to that track. I can see the references between Sting and Peter Gabirel on the track been a fan of both artists. Loving it now :P
