But how could it sell in the UK? Will it be a relative flop like Hard Candy or will it be as big as Confessions On A Dancefloor, or even bigger? :o

Under 100k, as per "Hard Candy" as I think the new album will probably be less polarising but without a huge smash like "4 Minutes" to lead it.

 

Between 300 and 500k for the year, probably top 20 of the year.

I'd say maybe around 100K opening week and 550-ish by year end.

around 110,000 opening, 650,000 total

85k opening week about 400,000 year end I think.

Well I say a bit more than 100k first week sales and more than 500k overall at the end of 2012.

If it's released after Gimme All Ur Luvin I think it'll open with about 65k. Diminishing returns from here on in I think.

I'm guessing about 164k, not sure why :P I think people are under-estimating it, I'm sure it will do over 100k, but I doubt it's going to be matching Confessions' first week sales at all. As for total sales, I think it will be simillar to Gaga's Born this Way - about 800k at the end of the year.

Two months on I still think 65k is a reasonable estimate. The album doesn't seem to have any hype here. Hopefully the US will be a different story.

will be interesting to see how the pre-orders helped sales, also sales from concert tickets sold if people chose that option will also count towards the chart!

 

Promo hasnt been great like 'confessions' so i dont see it matching the opening sales of that album.

 

I reckon it will be close to 100k but ofcourse will debut at number 1!

I think about 80k first week, and 400k MAX end of year, unless she has a big hit post release which I doubt.

I predict this will be one of Madonna's least selling albums. Opening sales around 70k but overall probably under 300k in the UK.
