Excuse my ignorance but what is a OA/OS Release?

It means On Air/On Sale, meaning that it's released as soon as (or very shortly after) it premieres, rather than premiering and being held back for like 2 months so it can build airplay.

I think so Bre, it'd be amazing it she did make it, we know that if the album was released next week it would definitely be #1 but if it could still do it now same release as album week it'd be so impressive.

I'm pretty certain that Emeli won't get to number 1, DJ Fresh still has a narrow lead when combined + the EP sales, I dso recall Katy Perry's Teenage Dream overtaking Olly Murs on Itunes in the week and yet still wasn't even close overall

Okay, DJ Fresh has a 17k lead today - Emeli definitely has no chance then, I was expecting it to be far closer than that! Tem Emeli to climb to #1 next week though :P

One Direction showing up at #8 on the midweek update - hopefully it falls at least 5/6 places by Sunday - would be a shame for the likes of Pitbull, Kelly Clarkson and Lana Del Rey to all take 5+ place drops because of 'One Thing'. I reckon it'll perform similarly to JLS 'Do You Feel What I Feel?', but have a longer chart run. Hope to see a few Whitney tracks drop out too - would rather the album sell that random tracks dominate and effectively clear-out the T40. Should mean a lot of climbers next week though.

Just checked iTunes for Bad Girls for the first time in like forever (/severaldays) and it's #63. Good good, I thought it would be well out of the top 100 by now so it hasn't got all that much work to do to go top 40. It's back at 79p which is obvs a big help but still, I'm pleased. Can't say there's anything else interesting going on that far down the chart though.

Starships is my favourite Nicki track yet, hope it goes top 10 officially.
