Elsiane and Adaline (my BJSC 39/40 entries) were both products of having no inspiration whatsoever. For the former I just sent an entry that had been at the top of my 'I really should have sent that' list for YEARS, the latter was just something I stumbled across on Youtube and thought was great, even though it was 4 years old and not the sort of thing that does well in BJSC :lol:

I like how this has gone from legends which is actually really good to what ever this is you are talking about

Ashton also appeared once with Yohanna - I Miss You. Something which I chickened out of sending here and was sent by Bhangra instead (It did so much better too :drama:)

We have these AMAZING things nowadays called 'capital letters'. They go at the start of sentences, I is always capitalised when it is on its own and so called proper nouns (like place/country names) also get one for their first letter.

 

They really are miraculous. You should try using them sometime.

Isn't it :wub: I almost wonder why I hadn't sent it sooner, it'd have excelled in something like BJSCX. Pleased it got the top ten position that I always felt that it deserved!

I wouldn't say Adaline was uninspred per se, as it was a respectable enough entry, and not cheap (nobody knew who she was or had heard the song before), it was a little misguided perhaps but I just didn't have any other options that month whatsoever :drama: I love Whiter/Straighter anyway though, so no regrets (apart from it giving me my first flop in two and a half years :P). At least some people made a decent discovery from it.
