February 17, 201213 yr Big drop for Jessie J, but apart from that most British artists are on the rise! :cheer:
February 17, 201213 yr Amazing climbs for SLY and RITD, already done so well and to see them both still doing so well is literally incredible, and SFTTR just astonishing success!
February 17, 201213 yr Big drop for Jessie J, but apart from that most British artists are on the rise! :cheer: It's actually at number 14 not 16.... Should be corrected....
February 17, 201213 yr Big drop for Jessie J, but apart from that most British artists are on the rise! :cheer: It's brilliant. Can't wait to see where 1D land next week and I hope everyone isn't knocked down too much next week what with Whitney and stuff. New peak for Christina Perri pleases me greatly! I love how it's randomly doing so much better on iTunes now. And Madge scraping top 10 is great.
February 17, 201213 yr I love to see so much purple in the top 20/30 :D 10 songs in the Hot 100 by UK lead artists (6 different artists represented) plus 5 more appearances by UK acts as features :cheer: 'Feel So Close' charting is (or was when I first saw it) a nice surprise. February 17, 201213 yr Calvin Harris joining The Wanted (and soon, One Direction) on the Hot 100 is a pleasant surprise! I don't think he's the sort of act who'll be big in the US but it's nice he's getting some solo recognition sans Rihanna.
February 17, 201213 yr Where do you think One Direction will chart on the Billboard 100 seeing as they've had little airplay there?
February 17, 201213 yr Where do you think One Direction will chart on the Billboard 100 seeing as they've had little airplay there? The way it's holding up on iTunes at 10, I would say an easy debut within the top 25.
February 17, 201213 yr ^ I was wondering the same. and I we have the answer here > http://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100#/n...006203562.story Edited February 17, 201213 yr by ♫ Boyan ♫
February 18, 201213 yr ^ She is indeed. http://www.billboard.com/news/chart-beat-b...006220562.story So annoying as she was so close to breaking the record for largest jump to #1.
February 18, 201213 yr Author Anyone have the Bubbling Under chart? I believe Katy Perry is at #101... ^ She is indeed. http://www.billboard.com/news/chart-beat-b...006220562.story So annoying as she was so close to breaking the record for largest jump to #1. #1 on Bubbling Under does not necessarily mean #101 on the Hot 100. The bubbling under chart only includes songs that haven't appeared on the Hot 100, so there could be songs with more points than her that haven't gone recurrent yet. Regarding Whitney interfering with Katy Perry's chart position ... If Whitney hadn't entered with her 3 entries, it's 'possible' a couple of songs would not have gone recurrent, ie Colbie Caillat - Brighter Than The Sun (#47 last week - 25 weeks on Hot 100)Pitbull featuring Ne-Yo, AfroJack & Nayer - Give Me Everything (#49 last week - 45 weeks on Hot 100) It's also possible Whitney pushed other songs out of the Hot 100 that wouldn't have appeared on the Bubbling Under chart as they've already been on the Hot 100. So for all we know, Katy was destined to be the #1 on the Bubbling Under chart this week
February 19, 201213 yr Do they update the US Billboard Hot 100 on Sundays? Because I don't really know much about it.
February 19, 201213 yr Adele should've performed Set Fire to the rain on the Grammys instead of the worn out Rolling In The Deep, it would've guaranteed it a return to number 1 for at least 2 more weeks instead of Kelly clarkson and Katy Perry
