Song rumours include 'Somebody That I Used To Know', 'Fighter' [Xtina] & 'I'm Still Standing' [Elton John].

'Fighter' would be PERFECT for Santana! Fingers crossed! :D

Oh god PLEASE let it be Santana doing Fighter. That would honestly be the best thng ever <3 Somebody That I Used To Know will probably be Blaine and his brother (I bet they'll have like 3/4 songs this ep).

One 'source' [don't really have a clue how reliable it is] says that 'Fighter' is Santana. :D It also mentions 'Faith' by George Michael [which I'm thinking could easily tie in with plots carried over from the previous episode] and 'Rio/Hungry Like The Wolf' for Blaine and his brother - it was previously confirmed that a couple of Duran Duran songs had been cleared for them to sing on the show.

Looking forward to 'Fighter'! If any of Christina's songs needed bringing back to the public's attention, it's this one! :wub: (Well and 'I Turn to You' - but that ain't happening anytime soon :drama:)

Fighter is my 2nd fave Xtina song (behind Hurt) and it's perfect for Santana <3 Seriously can't wait for it!

One of the rumoured songs turns out to be true so hopefully the others are.

So only one that hadn't previously been rumoured! I have no idea who sang it originally though.

Up Up Up is by Givers, they're a recent indie band.

 

I bet I'm Still Standing will be ironically sung by Quinn :lol: I'd rather one of the females did Kimbra's bits in STIUTK but I think it will suit Blaine anyway. And FUCKING YES at Santana doing Fighter, potentially one of the best of the season, it is sure to be totally EPIC.

Not that it really matters, the spoiler regarding her fate has been online elsewhere for ages and she can be seen alive in the promo.

 

 

I'm thinking that 'I'm Still Standing' might be

Artie sung to Quinn in a way to try and show that it isn't all bad being stuck in a wheelchair.

 

I haven't read anything or watched the promo, I assumed :P
