I don't see what he did wrong, personally. He did ask them if they could leave him alone for that day or whatever. He only wanted to wait for his girlfriend and not be interrupted by his stalkerish fans. Not that big a deal. Also, he's young and only treating them the way any other young, male popstar would. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to do it everyday and just ones the odd day off from his fans, who are to blame, to go and wait for him, despite him only wanting to pick his girlfriend up. Stalkers!

Oh and Bert. Don't come in here goading the Bieber fans, because it's clear you're not a big fan of him and you come in here, the day you find he's beating Cheryl in the mids... Coincidence? I think not.

He could've just waited somewhere else? Not completely in sight?

Like, where? There's only one exit for his girlfriend to come out of. He only wanted to see her get off the plane and into the terminal! I don't see anything wrong with that. He's right though in that his fans are the disrespectful ones. Poor guy can't even go to the airport to meet his girlfriend without his stalker fans being there who were already "waiting" for him apparently!

That's the reality of being a celebrity, though. He's in a public place, and fans will want the chance to meet him, when he's right there!

I'm sure his fortune and all the perks of his lifestyle should make the apparent hardship of a few fans wanting to talk to him at an airport, not the worst thing in the world. Poor guy? Nah. Many bigger & better stars have had to put up with worse, and maintained a gracious attitude towards their fans.

Exams are officially over ! I need to listen to this. Has anyone got a link they can send me please ?

£50-£60 and it's standing on the floor. Not good timing, I spent up on Nicki Minaj last week. :(

Is it me or have concert prices gone up recently ?

I remember them being around £35 a year or so ago. Just bought Nicki Minaj tickets, so this is a no. Sorry Bieber

Is it true 'Beauty and A Beat' is the next single? If so... *.* The singles are going perfectly this era for me.

Love me like you do is my new fav song

It'd flop as a single though, so I'd settle with Beauty and a beat

It's the most obvious single choice on there, I'd say, especially as Nicki seems to be flavour of the moment. One of the best on the album, I think. As much as I dislike Nicki, it would sort of fall flat without her, I think.

I can see All Around The World being made a proper single at some point, maybe Thought of You or Fall could also be made a single.

To be honest, I think people are slowly losing interest in Nicki. "Starships" or "Pound The Alarm" have hardly set the charts alight, her album sales are quite bad, and her fans seem to have moved on due to her behaviour.

LMFAO!

I love how the biggest hit of her career to date has "hardly set the charts alight" and although I can sort of see where you're coming from with 'Pound The Alarm', it's got interest back in the album so I'd say that's been a success to. What a strange comment to make.

What I mean is... and grammatically it failed on me, but it was suppose to be two different points. What I was trying to say was that the fact "Starships" didn't accomplish #1 success, did it even hit #1 on UK/US iTunes? It rode of the back of a really successful song "Super Bass" and is hugely generic.

"Pound The Alarm" staggered around the bottom of the top 10 and according to my iTunes is around the #20 area now, hardly a huge follow-up? Obviously the problem here being it sounds like "Starships". I mean it's sold 627,000 in the US as of 19/08, which is really bad considering she's catering to two key markets, and she's allegedly had a big hit. To put it in retrospect, Mariah has sold similar of "Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel", and she only really had one sort of hit.

But MOAIA is an ALBUM. So I really don't get why you're comparing it to the singles market which is COMPLETELY different ... Just because a song doesn't go to number 1 (or top 10 for that matter), doesn't mean it was a flop. I'm pretty sure 'Starships' has spent the longest consecutive time inside the US Hot 100 top 10 (or I'm pretty sure I read something similar).

Just take Maroon 5 'Moves Like Jagger' for example, that was huge despite never going to number 1 (I don't care about iTunes peaks). 'Pound That Alarm', like I said, singles performance wise, it's not done amazingly (although I wouldn't say it's flopped either) but it's got interest back in the album as it's been climbing/having some longevity inside the charts.

As much as I'd like to say it was, there is NO WAY that Starships can be called a flop. It did really well for her and has spent an AGE in the top 40. Pound The Alarm has done rather well for a post album single, especially considering these rarely get higher than low top ten anyway.
I love the idea that selling 650k+ of a single in the UK makes it "allegedly" successful. HA.
