March 20, 201213 yr LOVE the set-list, although I would have liked a song or two from KM 94 instead of 'Got to be Certain' - especially 'Automatic Love' or 'Where is the Feeling' (album version would work really well live). I know I'm in the minority but I really can't stand 'Paper Dolls' - to me it just sounds like the theme from an low-rent daytime soap or sitcom. Awful. 'Ocean Blue' is infinitely better as far as 'Light Years' B-sides go. Edited March 20, 201213 yr by Vague
March 20, 201213 yr I understand why some may not like paper dolls but for me i love it and always prefered it to spinning around.
March 25, 201213 yr 2 Uk dates announce Manchester Academy 1st April London HMV ApolloHammersmith 3rd April Tickets on sale 9am tomorrow £79
March 25, 201213 yr Good to see Uk dates announced, i hope ireland is in there to, but i expected cheaper prices to be honest.
March 25, 201213 yr £79 to see Kylie in a small venue. Cheap. Hardly like she is making anything on the dates. Not sure if I can make either night though.
March 25, 201213 yr If these were half the price, I'd consider it. £80 is ridiculous, but I guess it's basically for the diehard fans who won't mind paying through the nose.
March 26, 201213 yr Argh, I missed these completely and plus I couldn't make those dates anyway. :( I hope she adds more later on, preferably for London!
March 26, 201213 yr I understand this is an 'anti-tour', but I think it's slightly *too* obscure. When this was first announced I thought it was a really good idea, but I thought I'd recognise more than about four or five from the setlist. I'd love to see Kylie in a venue like these, but I think there'd have to be some changes. It'd have to be about £30 cheaper or she'd have to have a standard/less obscure setlist. The Aphrodite tour was pretty much perfect - brilliant setlist, AMAZING stage show and for just under £70 in total iirc.
March 27, 201213 yr This is more for those hardcore fans who would know most of the tracks, but I do think she should do a small scale tour sometime soon.
March 28, 201213 yr Thrilled she put stars in the setlist, id go just for that song, i wonder if she'd bring the tour to the US :???: Edited March 28, 201213 yr by Propilot87
March 28, 201213 yr I am so pleased the pricing and setlist has put off all but the true fans who have ALWAYS supported her. Love her other tours but have been waiting for a stripped back and obscure set ever since I and L 98.

I think its an amazing set list. Its def just for the hardcore fans
March 28, 201213 yr I am so pleased the pricing and setlist has put off all but the true fans who have ALWAYS supported her. Well, rather you than me! I'd be so pissed off if my favourite artist did a scaled down tour of obscure hits and jacked up the prices to a ridiculous height just to "put off people who aren't true fans". Some reward for following her all these years eh?!
March 30, 201213 yr Well, rather you than me! I'd be so pissed off if my favourite artist did a scaled down tour of obscure hits and jacked up the prices to a ridiculous height just to "put off people who aren't true fans". Some reward for following her all these years eh?! I think £79 is a great price for an intimate gig with an artist who sells out multiple arenas. I am paying for the artist, not the venue. She could have charge double.... I am seeing Madonna in July in Birmingham and unless you spend £200 you can't even get a seat in in the first 2 blocks in front of the stage. Now that is a rip off to true fans.
April 3, 201213 yr Kylie was mesmerising on Sunday night. Still on a Kylie high. Truly the best concert/ gig ever. Will be at the front of the queue next time to get an even better view. She surely will do them again. She was so relaxed and at ease. Stunning performer, love her even more than ever now.
April 3, 201213 yr The scaled back shows are great to see for a change, no naked male dancers, no changing costumes every few songs etc is a refreshing change. I so so want a dvd and cd release but even one would be just great, 2 would be fantastic.
