I'll always prefer Euphoria but My Heart Is Refusing Me did suddenly click in a huge way this week! Sober not so much really but I'm re-loving that too. I really like Engelbert's song although I'm sure if it was sent by another country it would just be in my top 10/20 rather than top 3, that's patriotism for you I guess :lol: I'd like to see Zaleilah do really well but regardless I can see it being a huge chart hit :D Latvia and Netherlands entries are both great, if a little cringey either lyrics or presentation wise :lol:

Yeah I want a Loreen album now too, to ease the wait I've got back into her other singles as you see but I don't think I'll ever love Sober as much as some people on this forum, it's still a solid 8/10 - 8.5/10 for me though. I'm hoping for top ten for old Engelbert too, I really like it! :D I love Let's Go and have since the first listen, I really want another decent string of solo singles from Ne-Yo, aside from his great collaborations! I can see Call Me Maybe being huge, all of the right factors seem to be in place and I think it will go top two at least and sell around 60-70k minimum on its first week!

1. I can't say as I can't predict the future but I did notice that a certain Delta Goodrem releases her comeback single in 8 days, will it go all the way? She's never failed to take a lead single to #1 in my chart before, and always within the first three weeks on my chart!

2. Sober is my least favourite, but still an 8/10.

3. I hope you're right, I already know all of the words! The vocal performance on the studio version is sublime, the nicked lyrics from my favourite song ever are appreciated and the final minute is brilliant. Top five please :w00t:

4. It is! I'd be gutted for Loreen but I couldn't call it a bad winner, think this will be a huge hit for me over the coming months!

3. 'only love can set you free' :P I'm joking about them being nicked, it's just ironic that it shares six words in the same order from N-Trance! I have every faith in him hitting the big notes, he's a seasoned performer, Eurovision won't phase him at all.

4. I don't think it would ever do that badly. Even if we've all been overpredicting it (although with the international chart success already and ridiculously short odds which Hungary never had, I don't think that we are), I couldn't envisage it missing the top ten in any scenario.

6. I wonder what will be the first non-Eurovision song to break back into my top 5, probably my next BJSC entry, which I haven't decided yet - mainly because I won't be here for the rest of the day/evening so haven't pinned my hopes on one song only to lose it :lol:

21. Well it's sort of inbetween the two sound-wise, although the end of the album, the William Orbit tracks are like neither - more like diluted Ray of Light era :lol: My album arrived yesterday anyway, I'm listening to it now!

22/27. :lol: I found Moves Like Jagger 'quite good' on first listen and it ended up as my #1 of 2011. I found Somebody That I Used To Know quirky but average on first listen, nothing wrong with opinion changes :D

24. The album however is at least as good as their debut! The non-singles on there didn't interest me at all.

Thanks Jack, I found Let's Go very instant, would love it in HQ though to help it further :wub: I love the two version of Iceland's entry pretty equally and I too hope that the Netherlands finally qualify this year, a charming and catchy song. I'm sure Ricki-Lee will pop up in BJSC, in fact as usual I can already predict about 10 songs that will! Will you be returning to the contest then? I've not read the Hunger Games books but I'll be going to see the film next week probably, the soundtrack is brilliant.

2. Yes, it did seem to click all of a sudden! Sober I've been re-listening to a lot too but I can't say it's had quite the same impact.

3. You know how patriotic I tend to be sometimes, if it's an 8 or above then it's a top 3 hit in my chart :lol: In honesty though I really like it and I agree with you, I don't mind the draw either, I think he'll make a decent impact kicking it off.

6. I'm not, just because I think the juries will treat it only slightly better than they did Allez Ola Ole, but top 5 is a definite possibility IF the public blanket vote for it. The juries have it as low as 66/1 :o

A lot of it is Eurovision, a third maybe, I'd pick out some highlights to recommend of the other tracks but I'm not sure what to suggest.

Buzzjack has gone Loreen crazy. I'm feeling like the only person who hasn't charted the song.

After listening to MDNA, I quite like the album & a vast improvement on Hard Candy. I'm still not a fan of Madonna's reliance on featuring artists, but it tends to work better this time around. My favourite might be Masterpiece, but there's plenty of growers too.

By the way, I saw Leddra last night. It was disappointingly short at only 50 minutes but very good nonetheless (and what more can you exepct for £7). The next album sounds really good judging by the new tracks she played, very much in the vein of Telling Tales! She did however miss out my favourite non-single Fooling Myself, as well as Edie and Summer Song :mellow: At least she played Story!

Your number 3 makes me smile. UK to come last this year.

We are young and Greyhound are my faves inside the top 15. I can't believe they're going to release WAY only in May. I think they are losing the momentum.

I still think that We Are Young will be huge here and it definitely hasn't peaked yet for me. Greyhound could do with a radio edit but it's otherwise amazing!

Buzzjack has gone Loreen crazy. I'm feeling like the only person who hasn't charted the song.

After listening to MDNA, I quite like the album & a vast improvement on Hard Candy. I'm still not a fan of Madonna's reliance on featuring artists, but it tends to work better this time around. My favourite might be Masterpiece, but there's plenty of growers too.

Definitely agree with you about it being far superior to Hard Candy, Masterpiece is great just because it feels like classic Madonna, love it!
