The HYFR video is weird too (with Lil Wayne dressed up as a panda for starters :blink:). I wonder why Drake released 2 music videos on the same day though, they'll take the limelight from each other. I think all these rappers need to hire people to teach them how to actually PROMOTE their songs. The Take Care video should've been released months ago, and not the same day as another video.

Yeah. It got to #1 on US iTunes last year. And now with loads of radio airplay and a music video it's struggling to get back in the top 20. Weird. :lol:

Depends how you define 'hit'. It will definitely be Top 20 - remember I know what the physical sales are and I've been doing signings round the country every day :) So I know that's helping. Obviously Top 10 would be my absolute dream goal and Top 15 is an optimistic but not impossible goal.

 

But your physical sales will be concentrated at the the start of the week, so will almost all already be factored into your initial #11 position - and from iTunes, I'd be surprised if your sales in the 2nd half of the week will be enough to keep you T20.

Given how few shops even still *sell* singles, signing a few copies at a smattering of them, isn't going to make any significant difference to overall sales.

 

Also, every physical copy sold potentially removes a download sale.
