JLS haven't had much radio airplay with that song, so of course it won't spend long in the top 40. Same for Alex Day, Arctic Monkeys, etc.

2 weeks in the top-40 is too ridiculous for a top-10 hit anyway, and airplay is no excuse, especially with promo / tv airplay / radio 1 playlisting.

And  again at Alex Day. I hope he'll get a label one day and will start getting promoted properly. These flash in the pan hits are not welcomed by me.

Well I didn't expect to see Alex Day ahead of Carly :P looks like another hit for him, congrats if you're reading! :D

A hit? A wouldn't exactly call a song which debuts at #4 then drops out of the top 100 a hit!

Where is Alex Day anyways? I was hoping he'd log into Buzzjack and do some self promoting right here (he is a member after all ** bows down to thee ** ).

I might send a PM and organise a Q&A right here. All publicity is good publicity etc... :D

Whilst I was on iTunes a few minutes ago, I decided to listen to those fake versions of 'Call Me Maybe' and was gobsmacked to realise the highest charting one is just a really bad instrumental - no vocals!!! Why would you buy that? I guess it's good enough for karaoke parties.

 1. She Doesn't Mind - Sean Paul

FINALLY. Let's watch this becoming one of the shortest lived iTunes #1s ever though  Possibly shorter than all but 'All Fired Up'. I'd better screenshot this to prove it ever happened.

Let's see where Carly Rae Jepson is tonight at 7pm. If she's not no. 1 by then (and is low top 10) then perhaps Sean Paul will have a surprise UK #1 which I'd have never expected to see happen. :o

Hopefully Nicki Minaj will knock him off! :D

It might happen. :o

This was the last update on Qworb for the UK.

1 Chris Brown - Turn Up the Music 1.0000

2 Sean Paul - She Doesn't Mind 0.9822

3 Nicki Minaj - Starships 0.9718

With Sean Paul overtaking, Nicki could gain on Chris Brown. :o I didn't realise the top 3 were that close. Gotye is listed as 0.8524.

Yeh lool, Chris Brown back up to #1

Im surprised Carly isnt higher, i thought she would be at least top 10 by now

Even shorter than All Fired Up is Chris really is back at #1 and it's not just a revert then... I took the screenshot anyway.
How long was 'All Fired Up' number one for?

About an hour - Sean lasted about 30 minutes there (if Chris is really back at #1).

EDIT: Which he isn't, or at least not any more. Sean back at #1. Alex Day top version up to 16, Carly up to 19.

Don't remind me again of the All Fired Up situation :P

Good to see Sean at #1, absolutely love that song at the moment. And amazing to see The Man Who Can't Be Moved so high after The Voice. Brilliant song!

Nice to see the other versions of Oh My Goodness are doing decent aswell. Where is the EP in the album chart?

Yay. Go Sean Paul!!

Teenage Dream also had a ridiculously short stay at #1.

And LTWYL was only #1 for like a day and a half, which is extremely short for a million-seller. Even Moves Like Jagger probably had a couple of weeks at #1 on iTunes if you add it all up.

8. Oh My Goodness - EP - Olly Murs

47. Call Me Maybe - EP - Carly Rae Jepsen
