Looks like these will finally go recurrent next week.

10 13 David Guetta featuring Nicki Minaj - Turn Me On

13 13 Train - Drive By

15 14 Calvin Harris - Feel So Close

Huh?

Yay great chart this week. New peaks for Climax (outpeaked Papers!), Lights and (I think?) Rumour Has It please me greatly. Pity Rolling and Someone Like You are gonna drop out soon.

Nice to see Dev isn't a complete one-hit wonder now and Carly in the top 10 is nice too. Good week overall!

This new hot 100 with the streaming is a mess. But I like that it takes away a bit of power from the radio stations.

Aw, I wanted Rolling in the Deep to beat Jason Mraz' record. :(

Its still top 50 and only has 10 weeks to beat the record, Im sure she will.

Do you have the bubbling under hot 100? :)

weird Madonna re-entries probably due to streaming....

Adele will maybe leave the Hot 100 in the next 2 weeks at the latest with 'RITD' and 'SLY'....

Justin Bieber would've probably reached number 1 if streaming and airplay weren't given a bigger share....

i guess everyone underestimated the changes!!!

This new hot 100 with the streaming is a mess. But I like that it takes away a bit of power from the radio stations.

It didn't - it's ridiculously given MORE power to them and taken power away from sales. Moan moan bitch bitch etc.

-x-

Anyway, as I already said in the US iTunes thread, unbelievably relieved at Bieber not knocking fun. off #1. Brilliant to see Gotye climbing into the top 3, Carly climbing into the top 10 (really grown on me now), Usher reaching a new peak in the top 30 (hope this can still grow into a big hit for him), Rumour Has It and Lights re-peaking and She Doesn't Mind entering the Hot 100. Dafuq at Ai Se Eu Te Pego! charting :o

Boo at Rolling In The Deep falling to #49, right on the brink of going recurrent - still, takes it to 65 weeks putting it joint 3rd for most weeks in the Hot 100.

** 95 Michel Telo - Ai Se Eu Te Pego (NEW)

Noosa!!! :o

Also delighted that fun. featuring Janelle Monáe remains no. 1 over that thing** at #2. ^_^

**by this I refer to the "song" if you can call it one!!!

It didn't - it's ridiculously given MORE power to them and taken power away from sales. Moan moan bitch bitch etc.

Nah. Would a song like Midnight City by M83 even chart were it not for streaming? Radio certainly wouldn't play it...

I think streaming points will definitely help alternative and indie artists who are rarely given chance to "collect points" on radio audience impressions.

Its still top 50 and only has 10 weeks to beat the record, Im sure she will.

It won't. This is its last week top 50 and thus its last week on the chart unfortunately!

Thanks! Glad Demi went up! :D

If Justin couldn't make #1 with such high first-week sales, that has to mean streaming must make up at least 20% of the overall Hot 100 now?

Kind of random, but I noticed The Motto FINALLY entered the On-Demand chart. It entered very high up aswell. I actually find it very strange that it wasn't there before, considering Drake and Lil Wayne are the two most popular artists on streaming by the looks of things, and Drake has a bunch of album tracks in the top 50 each week, yet a song he's been heavily promoting with a music video and sending it to radio couldn't make it in. Am I missing something here?

Edited by Eric_Blob

It won't. This is its last week top 50 and thus its last week on the chart unfortunately!

What a ridiculous rule! So she can't reenter?

EDIT: Actually, whats the cut off? I hope Ellie doesn't suffer the same fate before she even enters the top 50!

She can re-enter if she manages it but unless something causes her to re-enter the top 50 this is the end of her chart run. I don't know what the cut off is to be honest, I bet it does get Ellie before she goes top 50

it's weird that Usher is in the top 30 now...

he's not even in the top 40 itunes chart!!!!
