If you're talking about the official top 10, I'm positive 'Wild Ones' and 'Titanium' will both hang on to their top 10 positions so I can only see 4 making it in (JB, Usher, fun. and Sway) but one will keep Azealia out, who wasn't really top 10 in the first place. I take it Chris, Katy and Emeli will all be pushed out though.

Labrinth as well would be my guess.

It's going to be interesting now to see what the top 10 looks like come Sunday - hoping fun. can sneak in and grab the #2 spot, or at the least the #4 spot (as the third highest new entry). As decent as 'Boyfriend' is, it doesn't deserve to be his highest UK-peaking track, especially with no music video and limited radio support.

Trivia: Usher has yet to peak at #8 with a single

01 'You Make Me Wanna', 'Yeah!', 'Burn', 'OMG'

02 'Pop Ya Collar'

03 'U Remind Me'

04 'U Don't Have to Call', 'Love in This Club', 'I Need a Girl (Pt. I) (with P. Diddy)'

05 'U Got It Bad', 'Confessions, Pt. II'

06 'Without You (with David Guetta)'

07 'DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love'

08 ????

09 'Caught Up'

10 'Lovers and Friends (with Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz and Ludacris)'

After a bit of a search around the Internet I've discovered that Lazy Jay is Belgian - so there are two Belgians in the iTunes top 10 at the moment :o

This shouldn't happen. The only famous Belgian is Poirot, and everyone assumes he's French anyway.

Plastic Bertrand? :kink:

In fact there's lots of famous Belgians, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Audrey Hepburn, Jacques Brel...

02 (0.4500) fun. 'We Are Young (feat. Janelle Monae)'

03 (0.4125) Justin Bieber 'Boyfriend'

04 (0.3875) Usher 'Climax'

'Boyfriend' and 'Climax' were both falling after 'We Are Young' overtook - but Bieber's falling a lot quicker - hoping 'Climax' can overtake soon and fun. pull away a bit more - I want them to debut inside the top 5 come Sunday.

I was being a bit sarcastic. :kink: On the music front, there's also Soulwax.

Did you hear the story last year that Plastic Bertrand didn't actually sing on his first four albums? So technically when you listen to Ce Plain Pour Moi, you're actually hearing some random Belgian bloke. So we can add 'random Belgian bloke' to list of famous Belgians.

I got that, I'm just a bit annoyed by stereotypes (not your problem, I know). Yes that's true, said random Belgian bloke is the mildly amusingly named Lou Deprijck, his producer. Tbh 70s-80s europop is kind of my area - he has an amazing disco song from 1978 called Toute Petite La Planete.

Mercy  #54 :cheer: - thought this would have been well out of the top 100 by now.

Where is it getting radio support from?

I've heard it on Radio 1 a couple of times but only at nighttime - there's obviously some kind of lasting hype for this though as it seems to be holding up far better than H•A•M both here and in the USA. (It's nowhere near as good as H•A•M IMO but it's still pleasing to see it holding up well, could potentially come close to the peak of 'Runaway').

Glad 'Laser Light' is already in the top 30, means it's less competition for '30 Days' when it's released.

Speaking of The Sats, apparently Mollie is dating Prince Harry. :o

I heard about that too. If it's true, that'll be good promo for The Saturdays.

I'm surprised by how well it's doing aswell. Like you, I expected it to free-fall by now. Don't know about radio support, but it's probably just the urban stations and Radio 1 playing it so far.

LaserLight up to #22. If it keeps climbing at this rate, maybe it might actually make the top 40 this week. I hope it, or Breathe Carolina can knock Chris Brown out of the top 10 on iTunes.

How do songs decrease on itunes? do the sales get deducted or what?

How do songs decrease on itunes? do the sales get deducted or what?

Yes, that is precisely what happens.

The iTunes chart only represents sales from the 48(?) hours, so if a song decreases it just means it's selling at a slower rate now than it was earlier.

The only time I can think of where sales get deducted are if you "Complete the album". It happened on a large scale to Hold It Against Me in the US causing it to drop out the Hot 100 the week her album got released.
