Was there no mp3 for Zoo Kid?

 

I'm pretty sure there were. I just checked the folder it's in and it's definitely there. But when I tried to play it an error message popped up :drama: I didn't try to play every single song, but that was what I downloaded from the link I got and uploaded to the album.

The Zoo Kid file in the pack is only 204kb, most HQ MP3's are around the 8mb-10mb sort of region. I've just converted the Youtube video to MP3 and added it to my iTunes separately.

Yes, the Zoo Kid mp3 is faulty as GD has pointed out above.

I have found a decent quality mp3 of Zoo Kid. I have also replaced the low quality bit rate tracks and redone the tags (I AM a bit rate and tag snob!)

 

Is it worth uploading my versions of the packs or even the tracks I have replaced. If someone tells me which tracks were 128Kbps then I could just upload those.

 

BTW Freeze, good job so far!!!

Bar a few standouts I think the standard is quite weak.

I have heard the first half of these in the car on the way to work and what an utter snooze fest. The Big Fox track title sums everything up perfectly.

 

Apart from the Crystal Castles-lite track from Teeth and possibly Cultfever, everything just drifted by aimlessly.

By far the worst half of a UP that I have ever heard. Too much of it sounds the same.

On a different note, I absolutely love Tekkno Scene and completely disagree with your rather insightful "review" :P

Tekkno Scene is worth some love, definitely.

Listened to the second half on the way home and it is soooo much better. I'll have some songs to whittle down!

"Tekkno Scene" is weirdly hypnotic and catchy to me, a bit like "212" or "Pon De Floor". I should dislike it, but I don't. :D

 

I am however loving the Chromatics (mainly for the synths) and Cave Painting.

The Chromatics love I don't really get (the album is such a chore) buttt I feel like the standard this time round is really good? Surprised people aren't liking it as much.
