If Tyrren has voted (last night I was thinking just WHO is Messiah anyway?!! :D ) then it's merely a question of whether it messes with Freeze's preparations or not. If it doesn't then I thing they should be accepted (like Harve's and Harve's and Harve's have before) as the point of the deduction here has only ever solely been to balance out the gain from not voting.

I know I can easily accept the votes without a deduction, but just because I can does that mean I should do it? I feel it's mostly a matter of principle; it's in the rules, I stated it in the opening post - voting after the deadline will give you a deduction, simple as that. Tyron knows this well from the moment he confirmed a song, and there were only two people that failed to make the deadline in time. Everyone else got the message and voted before the deadline. It doesn't messes with my preparations, and his deduction only makes him fall four places on the scoreboard and his votes doesn't change the winner as well.

 

So I don't see the problem with the penalty, it is justified.

Hmmm that means Tyron is definitely not Top 5 (and there was still a possibility he was - after all nobody knew if the gap between the Top 2 is less than 20 points). One person out. 30 more to go :D

But it does seem likely that he's done reasonably well as 20 points is quite a difference usually in the midfield. Either that or he was originally 28th.

Tom's said in the thread he's doing it tonight after The Voice results. So we might not want a clash. I don't mind waiting until tomorrow.
