Also I had forgotten how filthy the lyrics of Coffee were :o Still reminds me of every single night out in Liverpool and Manchester in the early noughties though.

Also what's the deal with all the turbofolk and Balkan pop in this contest? When did Scandipop start to become dominant?

A lot of the original BJSC participants came from NSC on the ESC Today forum, which has a lot of members from the Balkans. Scandipop became more dominant after Margaret Berger won but I dabbled with it a few times prior to that (Andreas Johnson, Sibel, Maria and Mira...).

yes, I also think it was after Dame Margaret won and it became even more dominant after Agnes' triumph. My Scandipop entries flopped that time (Marie Picasso :drama: and Elisabeth Carew who was more succesful here later but not for Sangria :( )
