Rebecca Ferguson is #1 on the iTunes album chart right now! BGT did wonders for her.

Teach Me How To Be Loved - #55

Glitter & Gold - #71

Plus Alan Carr! Her management have got the promo right this week! Hopefully Glitter & Gold can keep climbing since that's her next single.

EDIT

Where Ma Keys Where Ma Phone  to #98!

Carly only 25% behind Rita now!! :cheer: I like both songs, but I obviously prefer CMM! :D
Thank God Alex Clare is falling. Definitely one of the most overrated songs in the charts at the moment. (Although not as bad as the most overrated song of the year by Gotye)

I agree with both of these posts. ^_^

I'd rather Rita Ora stayed at #1 next week than Carly to return, I hate these one-weekers. The idea situation obviously would be The Saturdays at #1 though!
Carly would be a welcome return to #1 but I'm Team Alex Clare this week  Well, actually I'd prefer The Saturdays to get it but that's pretty much about as unlikely as it raining money right now tbh

 10 Nicki Minaj - Starships

 11 Justin Bieber - Turn to You (Mother's Day Dedication)

Go Nicki! Back where she belongs in the top 10!

 93 Zipparah Tafari (Mr Zip) - Where Ma Keys Where Ma Phone

Still climbing, I'm guessing his BBC Breakfast appearance has helped him!

Why is it that songs like "Hot right now", "Young", "R.I.P","Turn up the Music" all get to #1 but they rarely songs that only peaked at #2 take Starships as an example it has over 500k sales and it only got to #2 i doubt some of them #1 songs will even will get that many sales, is there a particular reason for that?
Who the hell is buying that crap?

IKR? Starships needs to just exit the top 40.

"Starships" was released for download pretty much as soon as it premiered, so it's held up well as airplay and video play have increased and has been unlucky not to make #1. With those other tracks they premiered weeks before they were up for download, with the idea being that they'd have great sales in their first week and make #1. With those it worked, but we've also seen songs (Dappy's "Rockstar" for one, or Alyssa Reid for another) that were held back but still missed #1.

Oh right, now i get it, thanks

GWON. (I still get the feeling this isn't an 'official' release though, the missing closing bracket looks a bit suspect).

Hmm, think I'd rather see Rita Ora spend a second week at #1 than have Carly Rae Jepsen return to the top spot (although I am a big fan of 'Call Me Maybe'). It's purely for selfish reasons, I'm not a fan of one-weekers, would much rather a track spend 2+ weeks at the top spot, which 2012 has been pretty good at producing thus far.
Lana Del Rey will be releasing National Anthem! Excellent choice, it's 100000x better than Blue Jeans.

Everything But The Girl's 'Missing' to return to the top 100 please after The Voice  I doubt it will though.

Very dull song choices tonight, reclimbs to come for

Next To Me (-_-), Just The Way You Are and What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)

and maybe

Show Me Love

could re-enter.

So The Saturdays... what do we think? #1? Top 5? Top 10? Top40?

It should go in the top 5, but I'm not sure if it'll even do that. I'll be very surprised if it goes top 3 and I would bet my house on it not going to #1

The Saturdays's last single missed the top 10 didn't it, so maybe that might happen again? It was a shame, because I liked that song.
