Tulisa and Alex Clare have swapped places. I wonder if The Sats could overtake the falling Tulisa before Rihanna overtakes them.

Well The Saturdays have officially started decreasing unfortunatly, I can see this finishing around #08 especially after it's started decreasing already

04. Alex Clare 65% 5%

05. Tulisa 65%

06. The Saturdays - 30 Days 60% 5%

07. Rihanna - Where Have You Been 60% 5%

ah shit.

anyway, what a beautiful vocal performance from queen rochelle! and una and molly too. nessa is finished. take a step back girl!

my cd came today :)

im gonna do loads of the text download now to try help the girls out!!

The EP has fallen out of the top 10 now so I suspect the single may start stabilising/climbing a little.

Also, would anyone else rate Vanessa's voice now possible in fourth position? It seems to be getting weaker and weaker. My Sats voice ranking ATM is...

01 Rochelle (when I first heard 30 Days I thought Vanessa sang her parts before the chorus)

02 Una (she's also been amazing but I think her tone is too 'unique' to be lead singer).

03 Vanessa or Mollie (Mollie's been getting a lot stronger recently and today's performance showed that).

04 Vanessa or Mollie

05 Frankie (never been the vocalist of the group but admittedly she is improving like Mollie).

Mollie is nowhere near on Vanessa's level. The live performances of 'My Heart Takes Over' and 'Issues' recently prove that Vanessa's voice is still strong enough to carry a song on her own. Mollie could never carry a song like her.

Solely on vocals:

01 Una

02 Rochelle (much as I despise the woman)

03 Vanessa

04 Mollie

05 Frankie

All are more than vocally competent though, except Frankie but she's not terrible. We all know she's never been that anyway.

This is by far the most frontloaded I've ever seen The Saturdays, and tbh I thought it would be different and somehow not drop as fast as Missing You, Notorious. They have promotion on Friday & Saturday which could help them remain in the top 10 next week but I doubt it.
I wouldn't say this is front loaded; we'll have to wait until tomorrow to make a proper judgement. Would be nice if it had just stabilised, even if it's at #7.
Yeah, All Fired Up went to #1, then dropped to #3 in the next 24 hours and yet stayed between #3 - #5 for the entire next two weeks before it plummeted.

That was completley different though, it remained at #02 throughout Tuesday and didin't drop until towards the night.

iTunes is a rolling 48hours thing and it's a surprise to say the least to see it dropping already as Saturdays singles always increase until Tuesday.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter if this flops. It's not launching an album and there's clearly not that much effort got put into it (the promo, the video, the actual song) so there's nothing majorly relying on this doing well. It's simply to get them another top 10 and keep their name alive while they go to the US/have the weddings.

To be honest, I think this single was a bit of a test in a way.

It still shows that they have a solid fanbase and that their singles will sell just from a few radio appearances and mag spreads.

It's going to out-peak and out-sell My Heart Takes Over so there shouldn't be a problem.

Okay, it's free falling

4hours ago they had an 11.1% gap over Train now it's 3.7% and after being 3% behind Tulisa their 8% now and in dark red.

I think it has the potential to go Silver but I worry new single releases will overshadow this thereby causing it to plummet. The promotion towards the end of the week I think is a smart move in that sense. :)

The management have eventually done the correct thing for once and discounted all 30 Days to 79p :D
