I only really like the first two line-ups. But then again, I haven't heard a lot of the later stuff.

Definitely 2.0 for me, most of my favorite Sugababes songs, like Million Different Ways, Situations Heavy, Conversations Over and Ace Reject came from that lineup.
Unpopular opinion, but Heidi/Amelle/Jade for me. I loved Freedom and the Sweet 7 album and I wished we had got to hear more of their new material! :D

Of course I do like tracks from previous eras too, but I loved a lot from this line-up despite only being 1 album and Freedom.

(ghosts 4eva, I concur)

4.0, because it's most beautiful line-up.

3.0 had better songs, but 4.0 era was very short and this line had a big potential.

"Little Miss Perfect", "Sweet And Amazing", "Wear My Kiss" are impotant songs for me in their discography. "Freedom" also was good.

I like:

1 place: 4.0

2 place: 3.0

I don't like:

2.0 (there were more urban group, than after) Sad, that these singles were # 1 [Freak Like Me, Round Round, Hole In The Head] Musically, it's poor songs with bad lyrics.

Shape, Follow Me Home, Sometimes are best songs in 2.0 era.

and 1.0 (I don't care about Sugababes music without Heidi Range)

Do we have a black one in the Sugababes at the moment? Isn't there some sort of UN condition that there always has to be a black one?

HA! 3x.

When I firstly saw/heard 'Freak Like Me', I was 12 at that time and I instantly thought: "Oh well :nocheer: , SURELY they brought the black one for the sake of tolerance?" I thought they're American as well.

Why would race matter?

Jade is mixed race, and her mother is Jamaican which is where Keisha's Grandparents (iirc) are from.

All 4 line-ups have had 3 girls of different heritage.

I think I hallucinated above where someone talked about loving 4.0 then proceeded to diss the legendary Freak, Round Round and Hole In The Head whilst proclaiming Shape as a triumphant moment for 2.0. At least I dearly hope I'm hallucinating....

Ghosts is glorious, in particular the outstanding title track, Don't Give It Up, So You Say and Medevac.

GHOSTS RATE:

10 Don't Give It Up

08 So You Say

08 There's a Place

06 Sometimes

07 12 Bar Acid Blues

09 Make It Right

09 Coming Up For Air

09 Goldfish

10 Medevac

09 Halcyon Days

09 Ghosts

(09 Styfling)

So consistent. The second half in particular is pretty much flawless as a combination.

I'd probably rate it the same. Still hard to believe she made such a good album. Oh and a  for Styfling.

2.0!

Mutya, Keisha & Heidi are what you see when you think "Sugababes".

But I do really love 3.0.
