01 Montenegro // You know what, this sort of thing really baffles me, like... that wasn't even a song, there's a difference between not taking a contest seriously, and sending something like this. I didn't like Mirakel, but all of a sudden the whole talking thing in that feels like a 10/10 moment. Just horrendous, he wasn't even singing in time? He needs a wash too. 1/10
02 Iceland // This sounds like it has potential, but the whole performance sounds like a bit of a mess, I'm not even convinced she was playing the violin at the right point, and they're quite flat. Really not a fan like it seems a lot of this forum is, judging by personal charts and what not, boo. 5/10
03 Greece // WELCOME TO EUROVISION ROB, finally something half decent. It was nothing remarkable, but nice to hear a fun pop song sung by something half decent looking. She was flat as a pancake, but there was a tune to that and one that I enjoyed. 8/10
04 Latvia // First of all, what is with everyone mentioning Mick Jagger all of a sudden? Why does she want him to call her? She reminds me a bit of Samantha Brick, minus the self importance. ANYWAY, on to the song - I really liked that, great melody, and sung very well. Loved the Loose Women comment on the backing singers too, so true. 8/10
05 Albania // What the f*** is this? I had to turn the volume down, it was actually doing my head in. The crowd applauding like she hit those notes? She was shouting, she was not nailing those notes in any of those notes, just screaming. I actually thought that was half decent for the first 20 seconds, then the nightmare started. Where was the tune to the song? Like, even if she could nail those notes, it still wasn't a song, it was just shouting for the sake of it. 3/10
06 Romania // Oh dear, that all went a bit wrong, didn't it, I think her earpiece wasn't working. But, I love this song - already knew it, so I guess that helped me to like it more, but it is such a good Inna-esque (but better) song. She sung that alot better than I expected her too, and the energy of that was SUPERB, although not as anthemic live as I was hoping. BEST SO FAR! 9/10
07 Switzerland // Sounds like The Killers did you say, Scott? What an insult to The Killers. That was decent, had a tune to it, which is something that two songs don't seem to have had so far. I couldn't tell what he was singing other than 'unbreakable' and 'following your wildest dream', I think I may have heard 'squirrel'. Not bad, not great though, annoyingly repetitive. 6/10
08 Belgium // The vocals started off really flat, but slowly, she got into that, and it ended up into a really good and confident performance. Took me a while to like it, but by the end of the song, I can actually say I enjoyed that, pretty ballad - stands out so far, as the first great ballad. 7.5/10
09 Finland // Really liked the ballad from Belgium, but this one REALLY drags. Like really, it did become background music sadly. It wasn't awful, just majorly dull, with a very basic boring melody to it. Not a fan. 6/10
10 Israel // There's something I like about this, but there's also quite a lot I find really annoying about this. The lead singer has quite an irritating voice, and is annoying to watch, so I decided to just listen - and that kinda helped, but still not completely. 6.5/10
11 San Marino // WOO, my girl Valentina. I actually thought this was a really funny novelty song to begin with, but now I actually like it as a genuine song. She's actually got a really good voice, which is slightly wasted on a song like this, but I'd love to see it as a shock qualifier. 7.5/10
12 Cyprus // MY FAVOURITE SONG OF EUROVISION 2012 SO FAR. She isn't really a very good singer, but this is a very sort of... RedOne type song, that I inevitably have fallen in love with. Can't help but fear it's going to be my Haba Haba of the year, that doesn't qualify despite my love for it. And, if it does qualify, it almost definitely will be my Rockefeller Street of the year. Anyway.. AMAZING. 9.5/10

13 Denmark // Wasn't really TOO fond of that, but it wasn't bad. I've spoke about melody a lot through these comments, and this has a very good melody, and it's a sweet song - just doesn't really stick in my head. Seems like a sure qualifier though. 6.5/10

01. Montenegro: Rambo Amadeus - Euro Neuro 0.5/5 Just awful.

02. Iceland: 3.5/5 Good song, they reminds me on last year winners.

03. Greece: Eleftheria Eleftheriou - Aphrodisiac Hooot 4/5, Reminds me on My Number One.

04. Latvia: Anmary - Beautiful Song 4/5 Very simply but yet very effective. Nice one.

05. Albania: Rona Nishliu - Suus 2.5/5 Beautiful vocals, but don't feel the song, their best entries were from 2009 and 2010 :wub:

06. Romania: Mandinga - Zaleilah 1/5 Not a fan of this.

07. Switzerland: Sinplus - Unbreakable 5/5 Love love this, this song reminds me on The Bravery's An Honest Mistake, which is good thing.

08. Belgium: Iris - Would You? 2/5 Pretty vocals, but overall really boring song.

09. Finland: Pernilla Karlsson - 3/5 När jag blundar Not really sure about what she's singing, but an okay moment.

10. Israel: Izabo - Time 3.5/5 Funny performance, he looks so funny, I think this could easily go in finals!

11. San Marino: Valentina Monetta - The Social Network Song 2.5/5 Liking the music, but those lyrics, just awful.

12. Cyprus: Ivi Adamou - La La Love 4.5/5 HELLO GENERIC, but I love it :D

13. Denmark: Soluna Samay - Should've Known Better 5/5 Lovely song, very addictive :wub:
