The Swedish former Idol winner (and UK top 3 star!) returns with a sort of electro ballad called One Last Time, which will be released in Sweden on Monday. Not what I was expecting from her at all but it sounds promising from the clip, production wise at least!

I love this, so nice to see a ballad from her, I wasn't aware of any before. The hook line sounds familiar for some reason though...
Right Here, Right Now (her winning song from Idols) is her best ballad, she has a nice amount actually across her albums.

This song is seriously stunning. It's a major, major grower. I really want it to be a hit for her over here, but it'll get ignored and probably won't ever see the light of day. It's such a shame really as it's what I think Leona would sound like, if she was to cover a Robyn song or something.

EDIT: Oh and anyone else getting a Christina Aguilera 'Little Dreamer' vibe from this? Just blend 'Little Dreamer' with a timeless ballad like 'Nothing Compares 2 U'... Or is it just me?

EDIT: It's actually very Christina Aguilera 'Little Dreamer' mixed with Desire 'Under Your Spell' meets College Youth 'A Real Hero', from the 'Drive' soundtrack!

This really has grown on me a lot over the past few days - the chorus is just so emotive. I love the bass in the production, it gives the song a rather claustrophobic feeling. I reckon it'll hold up much better than 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart'.
This is pretty beautiful. I was thinking after the first minute or so that this is exactly the sort of thing that Leona would excel at if only her people paid attention. (I don't know whether it's just their similar looks leading me to think that though...)

I echo the general sentiment here, it's a real slow burner, grown on me hugely with each listen, there was *just* enough interest to keep me coming back for more!
