If anyone wishes to post the above interview plus pics again please feel free to do so, my laptop is on it's last legs & is only capable of doing a few lines these days so sorry about that http://www.therobbiewilliamssite.com/dazed.gif

Gordon using the word ' stunning ' again when describing Ayda http://www.therobbiewilliamssite.com/rofl.gif , so he's clearly not over her http://www.therobbiewilliamssite.com/rofl.gif

Looks like the tour is being done over a shorter period of time but being honest after what happened in 2006 I can understand that ...

Robbie mentions the show not being Cirque Du Soleil . "so what , " I am the show "

How absolutely true is that statement http://www.therobbiewilliamssite.com/thumbsup.gif

Robbie Williams is “addicted” to trawling the internet! No, not for that – so he can see what fans think of him!

December 2nd, 2012

Take That star Robbie Williams has reportedly developed a new addiction – he was of course a former drug addict and a heavy boozer – and that is apparently to trawling the internet looking to find comments about him from fans.

Of Robbie, who recently claimed that he’s still very insecure about himself and his performances, despite having had seven No.1 singles, eight No.1 studio albums and over 60million record sales as a solo artist, a source told the Star, “Robbie spends more and more time searching the internet to see what fans are saying about him.

“It’s become an unhealthy obsession.

“When his video gets released he spends his free time checking YouTube comments…

“His wife Ayda is getting fed-up with it.”

However, of his success of late, Robbie told The Sun, “I’m very, very lucky to be making any money out of this at all. But I’ve never, ever, truthfully, been on stage thinking about the money I’m making.

“I’m on stage thinking about the best for the show. There was one tour years ago, the first time I did Milton Keynes Bowl, and I was like, ‘Well, that paid for the kitchen tonight – that’s good’.

“I was trying to figure out where the thing fits in and what the motivation is. But I have never counted the pennies.”

“I feel very confident. I feel as though, maybe because I haven’t done anything of huge size since 2006, I suppose it’s just another tick in another big box. I can still do this and I can do it well.

“The crowd still behave the same way and there’s euphoria and it feels amazing. The first thing I said to Ayda when I came off stage was, ‘Christmas is going to be amazing’.

“There was apprehension at the O2, but not nerves. I didn’t allow it this time. I just feel game.

“I’m not like a lot of other people. The last tour I did was nine months and I know people do 18 months and two years and all that business.

“I don’t know how they do it, but nine months was too long for me. It feels like I’m playing a Premier League match every night, then after a while I don’t sleep so that’s the problem.

“I don’t sleep, then I worry about being absolutely physically drained and having to deliver the goods again in front of however many thousands of people

“In the past I always tried to do too much, then I would go, ‘F***, that was too much, let’s not do that again for years’.

“I don’t want to do that, I want it to be an enjoyable experience. I don’t want the touring aspects to be so traumatic.”

Bless.

Robbie Williams - Robbie Williams To Take It Easy On Upcoming Tour

British singer Robbie Williams has planned a short stadium tour for 2013 to avoid suffering sleepless nights like he has on lengthy treks in the past.

The 38-year-old pop star, who recently made a solo comeback with a series of big shows at London's O2 Arena, admits he ended up "absolutely physically drained" when he previously hit the road for long-haul tours.

Now Williams is determined to take it easy on his forthcoming Take the Crown dates, which have been scheduled across three months next summer (13) and will take him through the U.K. and Europe.

He tells Britain's Sun on Sunday newspaper, "I'm not like a lot of other people. The last tour I did was nine months and I know people do 18 months and two years and all that business. I don't know how they do it, but nine months was too long for me. It feels like I'm playing a Premier League (soccer) match every night, then after a while I don't sleep so that's the problem.

"I don't sleep, then I worry about being absolutely physically drained and having to deliver the goods again in front of however many thousands of people. That's basically what happened.

"We know that now, so that won't happen again. This is a two and half-month, three-month tour and I know I can do that, not standing on my head, but I know I can do it.

"In the past I always tried to do too much, then I would go, 'F**k, that was too much, let's not do that again for years.'

"I don't want to do that, I want it to be an enjoyable experience. I don't want the touring aspects to be so traumatic."

Leaving LA: Robbie Williams puts home where he wed up for sale for €2.7 million

Thursday Nov 29 2012

HE vowed he didn’t want his daughter Teddy to grow up in America, and it seems Robbie Williams is true to his word, after putting his plush five bedroom LA pad on the market.

The property, with breathtaking city views, is located on the famous Mulholland Drive, boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms and a football pitch, where Robbie held regular matches with his soccer pals in LA.

Down a garden path is a guest home that is included in the house sale, that has two two separate bedrooms, its own swimming pool and separate entrance.

The singer bought the house in 2005 for €2.8 million after he located to American following his split from Take That.

It was here he held his wedding to Ayda Field in 2010. And the star famously boasted that he hardly ever left home, preferring cozy nights in front of satellite UK TV over partying in Hollywood.

The house dates from 1947 and has wooden floors throughout. Over the years there have been various extensions, including one for a garage that can hold four cars and a terrace with spectacular views overlooking the Hollywood valley. Williams has added a lot of British memorabilia throughout, including a wall given over to a retro football image in his entertainment room.

The property has armed guards and high security and neighbours including Jack Nicholson and Sean Penn.

Williams said following the birth of his daughter Teddy in September that he wanted her to be educated in the UK as he was 'hugely impressed' by privately educated children.

“I think aristo kids are well grounded, they're smart and naughty and have original thoughts,” he told the Sunday Times.

The Candy singer has a mansion in Wiltshire in England, where he is living with his family since September.

He announced last week that he is to embark on a massive European tour this coming summer with 17 dates, his first solo tour since 2006.

He has yet to make any announcement of an Irish date, but hinted on the Late Late Show that he would be coming back following his massive sell out concerts in Slane and Croke Park.

Hmmmm. I expected it to be fancier. :o

Nice view though :P

ROBBIE WILLIAMS: 'I SHOULD NEVER GET OLD'

9th December 2012 By James Ingham

ADELE is only 24 but Robbie Williams reckons she looks much older.

Either that or Robster still thinks he looks like he’s in his early 20s.

The Candy singer said: “I was talking to Adele and it dawned on me it’ll be 14 years until she’s as old as I am now. That’s just not right. I don’t feel older than Adele and I don’t think I look older.”

Showing warning signs of an imminent mid-life crisis, Robbie added: “I never should be middle-aged, I’m not designed for that. But one day you wake up and it’s happened. It’s too late. I used to be the youngest everywhere, now I’m usually the oldest.”

I know exactly how you feel mate.

Gary Barlow Speaks Out About Robbie Williams: 'His Mission In Life Is To Wind Me Up'Former enemies are best friends again

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow might be the best of friends these days - but Gary still remembers the time when that wasn't the case.

Gary told the Mail on Sunday "Rob is really incredibly sensitive. He's changed. Big time. He's 38 now. He's a dad. He's not the Robbie I knew. He may as well have a different name and a different face because he is a totally different person.

"It meant a lot to both of us when we made up. It was always something that went wrong. I'd think of it at night sometimes. It was like this permanent stone in the shoe. But it wasn't easy when we got back together. At first the friendship was very artificial...we only started talking, started being honest, when we started writing together a few months later."

Gary admits that Robbie "still drives me mad. I'm waiting to go out and he's telling me to wait till he's finished his programme, Real Housewives Of New York...and his eyes are still glued to the TV, this time it's Real Housewives Of Orange County, and he can't look away. He's hooked. So I just go off without him."

Gary also revealed that Take That are "the most difficult act" that Universal Records have to deal with. "We put family first. Before anything. They'll ask us to tour Australia, go to Paris for a week, do dates in Europe. If it means being away from the wives and kids for too long, the answer is just no."

Gary is rumoured to be leaving his role on the X Factor at the end of this series, with Simon Cowell possibly returning as a UK judge.

Google News checked.

I can confirm there is absolutely hee-haw happening in Robbieland today.

ROBBIE WILLIAMS' BID TO BE DAD AT DOUBLE

16th December 2012 By Daily Star reporter

HE’s only just become a dad – but Robbie Williams is desperate for another baby.

Robbie and wife Ayda are already trying to add to their brood after the birth of daughter Theodora “Teddy” Rose three months ago, say friends of the couple.

Pop superstar Robbie is determined to become a father again before he turns 40 in February 2014.

The couple moved to London before the birth so Ayda, 33, could have Teddy in the UK and Robbie could relaunch himself as a solo artist.

A source said: “There was a time Robbie thought he was too selfish to be a parent but he couldn’t have imagined how having Teddy would make him feel.

“He is totally content for the first time in his adult life and to have another child to complete their family would be the icing on the cake.

“He and Ayda would be over the moon if she conceived again right away.

“They would love Teddy to have a sibling close in age.

“Expect an announcement in the very near future if everything goes according to plan.”

In summer the Daily Star Sunday exclusively revealed Ayda would give birth to Teddy in the UK so she could be raised a Brit.

Barking Blondes: Robbie Williams, pooches on planes and sea travel

By Joanne Good and Anna Webb

Notebook

Allow us to indulge a little. This week we interviewed Robbie Williams. He was at the BBC to do a sound check for his single CANDY on the Ken Bruce show in preparation for his live performance on Radio 2 later that night.

Unbelievably (actually, it was all down to a top bloke called Steve), we were invited into the radio theatre, as part of a select group, to watch the sound check followed by a chat with Ken, before going back to Robbie’s dressing room for our own interview.

As a pair of ageing rock chicks we were both wearing shorts with thick tights and were pogoing about to the band, on the same carpet where just a month before we’d been watching Radio 4’s Just A Minute!

Observing the smooth style of Ken Bruce and knowing we can appear to be a bit “full on”, we went back to Robbie’s dressing room determined to behave calm and in control. And so we were. Until we got onto the subject of dogs. Robbie has seven, a whole pack and he speaks of each one of them with as much pride as he does his daughter.

Animated with his eyes lit up, he enthusiastically described how he has brought two of them over to London with him from LA. One is a Havanese, Wally and the other is a Maltipoo called Pupette.

‘Did they make them travel in the hold?’ we asked, knowing this is always a risk, what with temperatures etc.

‘No,’ he grinned, thanks to an Antipodean airline, they sat in carriers, on comfy seats next to him and his wife.

“How?” we asked, “did you manage to swing that? Is it because you are Robbie Williams?”

He laughed, you need to prove that having dogs with you is essential for your mental stability he told us.

Well anyone who knows the two of us will vouch for that. Imagine what we would be like without our dogs by our side? As anyone will tell you who is fortunate enough to have a pack, Robbie gets to see the true personality of each of his dogs. One of them he calls “Studio dog” because he takes him to most of his recording sessions and another is a sturdy little Jack Russell who incredibly survived a rattle snake bite!

So on a wet, miserable Wednesday morning we indulged in live music and the most enjoyable and relaxed dog chat from Robbie Williams. None of that would have happened without our love of dogs. The dog world is a great big party. We think he enjoyed it too as later that day he tweeted: ‘Just had the best radio interview ever with BBC London, Barking At The Moon, about dogs’.

If you are planning on travelling with your dog this Christmas and you can’t get permission for them to sit next to you there is always sea travel. The Queen Mary has a dog deck with an exercise area, complete with a doggy lamp post. Or of course there is air travel and usually that means being put in the hold. But remember, temperatures along with air pressure can be very risky, especially to flat faced breeds. Don’t forget to micro chip before you leave – dogs abroad can easily get lost.

And finally, WE LOVE YOU ROBBIE! WOOF! WOOF!

Robbie Williams on a ten-pound note?

4:41 PM Tuesday Dec 25, 2012

Princess Diana, Robbie Williams and David Beckham are all being considered to appear on the new British 10 pound note.

The Bank of England has released a list of more than 150 great Britons that have been suggested by members of the public for the new-look note.

Others in the list of potentials include The Beatles, William Shakespeare, Sir Mick Jagger and Sir Winston Churchill.

They will be replacing scientist Charles Darwin who's currently featured on the note.

The Bank has not said when its decision will be made.

Ha Ha. Can you imagine it?

Although not that it'll affect me much. The Scottish banks will probably decide on Wee Jimmy Krankie for our notes... :(

Ha Ha. Can you imagine it?

Although not that it'll affect me much. The Scottish banks will probably decide on Wee Jimmy Krankie for our notes... :(
