January 11, 201312 yr Tarantino currently on Graham Norton show. Django is out on the 18th January in the UK. It's supposedly another marathon of a watch, but getting good reviews. Edited January 11, 201312 yr by HausofBal-loons
January 19, 201312 yr absolutely incredible maybe even close to a 10/10 job the scene with the head sacks too >
January 20, 201312 yr I enjoyed it, but it was exceptionally long. Christopher Waltz steals the show, and Samuel L Jackson is brilliant. There were a few bits I was like URGH at cos they just made no plot sense at all like why Schultz basically asked to be killed after being so badman about not letting Django ever get him killed. Jamie Foxx's dong is facking huge. The Klu Kuux Clan scene with the Jonah Hill cameo is absolutely brilliant, so funny.
January 27, 201312 yr My favourite Tarantino to date, really blew me away a bit. Really come to love Waltz after this and Inglorious Basterds, furthermore it's probably the first role I've ever liked Jamie Foxx in.
January 29, 201312 yr Great movie. Music and Waltz (who got a golden Globe for this role) are Django greatest assets. Newest Tarantino Flick is as good as always. There is even a cameo appearance of the real Django. It's the man with whom Jamie Foxx talks at the bar during fist fight scene.
January 31, 201312 yr Kind of disappointed in this. Too long, not that funny except for the odd scene, and the story was frankly a bit boring. It certainly wasn't a patch on Inglourious Basterds but Christoph Waltz's performance is amazing. If it hadn't been that and the soundtrack I don't think I'd have enjoyed it much at all. 7/10.
February 1, 201312 yr I liked this film better when it was called Blazing Saddles. Not to bad though.
February 3, 201312 yr I just got back from watching this and I loved it. Jesus Christ was it long, but it's up there as one of my favourite Tarantino movies. The whole cast was fantastic but Leonardo DiCaprio really blew me away. Kerry Washington was also great and looked beautiful and Christoph Waltz and Jamie Foxx were great too. (As was Foxx's rather sizeable manhood  )
March 4, 201312 yr I'M RESURRECTING THIS THREAD BECAUSE IT IS AN INCREDIBLE FILM. I need it on blu ray so bad. Went to see it 6 times (God bless Unlimited) and each time it was amazing. People laugh at weird shit though, like when Shultz introduced himself and the horse, and the horse bowed it's head. I felt so vulnerable.
