although personally I can hear "and I won't tell" in the studio version too. But the two words afterwards are unintelligible to me. It sounds like "nah nah" but this has never satisfied me as an answer because it's nonsensical.

Spice Girls were a LOT smaller than the media would have us believe - look at their sales compared to the legends of music, or just big American superstars.

The reason they couldn't even sustain a 3rd album campaign, except for the bad album, was the fact that when their sales collapsed, they didn't have a lot to play with. Their saes were around 600k on average, so a collapse broght them to 1/3 of that, 200k.
