40 Adam & The Ants 'Stand And Deliver'

Absolutely brilliant song.

I always liked 'Prince Charming' more personally, but nevertheless brilliant :D

I voted for Baby One More Time last week in this topic poll and the poll for the proper thing! It's my favourite song on there and the cultural impact it had was massive! Not to say some of the other didn't though! :kink:

It can only be on Buzzjack that Britney and Kylie beat the likes of Michael Jackson and Queen. Actually embarrassing! -_-

20 Band Aid - Do They Know Its Xmas

19 Blondie - Heart Of Glass  TIMELESS

18 Soft Cell - Tainted Love  CLASSIC

It can only be on Buzzjack that Britney and Kylie beat the likes of Michael Jackson and Queen. Actually embarrassing! -_-

What has Buzzjack got to do with this countdown ? lol

Kylie >>>>>>>>>>>>> Britney >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Michael Jackson >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Queen ^_^

Hoping for a Kylie win here (you might have guessed ) but would be happy with Britney or Adele. The others I just don't see the appeal of, if I'm honest.

Wannabe at 17  shame its ALWAYS the one song everyone goes on about, All of their singles (and album tracks) are better imo

17 The Spice Girls 'Wannabe'

16 Madonna 'Like A Prayer'

Like A Prayer is amazing. It literally has everything I could want from a song, controversial video, a choir before Simon Cowell ruined them, an interesting structure and thoroughly uplifting to boot.

And #15 is Ashes To Ashes by the wonderful David Bowie. That's my favourite two tracks in the top 20 back to back then.
2 back to back great tracks and they are my all time faves, hoping to see the Human League soon
Eurgh words can't describe how much I despise the Bryan Adams track. And Pete Waterman annoys me as well. But barring the Bryan Adams track this vote isn't as bad as a viewer voted list usually is.

13. Simon And Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water

12. The Human League - Don't You Want Me

Watching this now to see how it pans out. I predict either Queen or Adele will win this.

11 Take That - Back For Good

Human League - Don't You Want Me pure classic

It really does baffle me that 'I Will Always Love You' has ended up higher than 'Back For Good' and 'Don't You Want Me'. :manson: Surely Whitney Houston will be #10?
