Brilliant, that's a great idea to do a song on Xtra Factor just before the album comes out. It'll probably be an album track, he did a top version of I need you now last year so he could do One of these days as it seems to be quite similar and shows a different side to him.

Wonder when my Sainsburys preorder of RPRT will arrive?

Well the song he's been doing acoustically on a lot of his recent performances is a track called 'What a Buzz' that he wrote with Ed Drewett so I think he'll probably do that one if I'm a betting man.

I can't wait for my super deluxe boxset of the album. It looks SO good!

Where did you buy that from? Yeah agree about What a buzz, just saw that he did that at the secret gig he did so it seems likely, I haven't heard it yet so I'm looking forward to that. Another busy Sunday for Olly! Bet he's looking forward to his two weeks off after Xtra Factor finishes.

Olly's official store (www.myplaydirect.com/olly-murs) - it's the deluxe edition of the album plus a personalized lyric book with quotes about the songs and pictures signed by Olly and a foldout poster housed in a box with the OM trilby hat logo on it :) I've pre-ordered the deluxe iTunes version as well to get 'Just for Tonight' and the bonus videos! :)

And yeah he did 'What a Buzz' again last night at Little Noise Sessions for Mencap in Hackney (he was supported by Lawson and also Loveable Rogues from 'Britain's Got Talent' who are gonna be supporting him on tour next year. I can't wait to see them, they're awesome!)

Just heard 'Army Of Two' on Radio 1 (does it sample something? Seemed to recoginse part of the tune) and really liked it, good enough choice for 2nd single - we'll see how it grows, I reckon it will end up being better than 'Thinking Of Me' but not quite as good as 'Dance With Me Tonight'.

Don't *think* it samples anything but I guess the album credits will tell us all in four days' time! He wrote it with FutureCut who produced 'Thinking of Me' and 'Please Don't Let Me Go' as well :) I love the song...lyrically it says so much about what it means to be a fan of an artist you love and supporting them through the good and bad but it's not cheesy...he's such a geez for writing a song about the fans!

Olly's launch party for the album is at 7pm tonight on UStream, Dave Berry from the Capital FM breakfast show is hosting. You can send in questions to Olly with the hashtag #RPRTListeningParty on Twitter: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/ollymursofficial

The listening party's available to watch back now on UStream, it starts around the 56 minute mark: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/27183301 He also did Troublemaker and What a Buzz acoustically. It's such a funny song - VERY Essex and VERY Madness-esque who we all know he's a fan of!

Interestingly he said tonight that the plan had initially been to release 'Army of Two' in the summer THEN 'Troublemaker' but obviously his touring and international schedules overlapped but he said that basically there'll be at least 3 more singles from this album cause he'd wanted to release another from the last one but there hadn't been time.

He also previewed 'Army of Two' which obviously got played on the radio today and 'Hand on Heart'. With the way that song is lyrically - and feel free to agree/disagree with me on this when you hear it - but I get the strongest instinct that he wrote that song about Caroline Flack. Not necessarily in a romantic way cause they're mates (even though I think they would be SO cute together) but I think he wrote it about her and what she was going through with the whole Harry Styles thing and getting death threats and criticism etc. :)

Wooo just downloaded this, can't wait to hear it. (Weirdly) loved his last record.

His TV adverts are getting better with each new album:

Really loving this album (not as much as 'In Case You Didn't Know') but I think I'm at the point with him now, that I was never not going to. It's a bit different in it's sound and doesn't sound much like an Olly Murs album, like his first two, it feels more "Olly Murs meets The Wanted with the influence of Maroon 5"... It's a great album though (and TW and Maroon 5 are yet to make an album I'll like as much as I like this album).
Why is the album not on Spotify? I wanna listen to it without the download!!

Because it's not out until Monday :P

He performed (very beautifully too I may add) "Dear Darlin" on Xtra Factor tonight. Brought a little tear to my eye! :')

Olly doing 'What a Buzz' acoustically on the radio tour for Troublemaker last month :)

My boxset arrived today...I'd highly recommend you all to get one while you still can!

"Dear Darlin" as performed on Xtra Factor last night:

And just announced today he's supporting Robbie Williams on his summer stadium tour next year! Wish I was going!

All the songs from the deluxe version in order of how good they are...

Dear Darlin Gorgeous production, I hope he performs it like this instead of the Xtra Factor version

Loud and clear Epic, love it

Army of two Take That vs The Beatles, top song for the fans.

Troublemaker Catchy as f#ck obviously.

Hey you beautiful Moves like Jagger rip off but I still loved it and I prefer it to Moves like Jagger actually

Personal The most original song on the album in that it doesn't bring anything else to mind, good song

Sliding doors Coldplayesque, strong song, shoulda made the main album

Just for tonight Shoulda made the album, but didn't even make the deluxe unless you preordered on Itunes. killer chorus albeit it weak verses.

One of these days Almost as good as I need you now which remains his best ballad

The one Good song, shoulda made the album proper

Perfect night (To say goodbye) Good song shoulda made the album proper, sick of saying that but it's true!

What a buzz Production on this song is bit weak (thin choruses especially) and it is a bit Brimful of Asha but it's still a good song and very Olly even though he didn't write it, probably alot of people's favourite

Right place, right time Always wondered what an Olly dance record would sound like, the drum and bass elements to it were a shock but it grew into an impressive crescendo

^ and that selection of 13 songs should have been the main album

Runaway Decent but unremarkable, good instrumentation

Cry your heart out I don't see the point in covering a Cody Simpson song tbh and in any case it'd fit better on his last album, ok

And the two songs that Olly must have a personal connection and played a big part in writing as otherwise he wouldn't keep them on the main album as all the deluxe songs are better are...

Hand on heart Filler

Head to toe Filler.

Synopsis:

Olly is clearly happy to hop from one influence to another so that's fine but he needs better quality control. Quality album if you rejig the songs into a top 13 from the order I put the deluxe version in.

I liked his previous album much more. This one doesn't feel as strong but it's more cohesive at least.
