Also Grant, why would I know that it would be getting discussed two pages ago! Some People don't have time to look pages back to see?

Lawson presumably are that band signed to the label that is owned by the same company as CRAPital FM (given the undue airtime it's been getting on their stations recently).

Hang on, isn't that unfair on the other acts? The rules need to be changed.

As long as they're not ripping off 23rd place Eurovision songs in their choruses, then they are still shite.

31. & 56. Redlight - Lost In Your Love

24 & 52 right now.

It is heading for top 10 next sunday then.

I hope so! Wanted it top 10 already!

Yeah, it is unfair, since it means The Wanted, Cover Drive and Lawson can release really bad songs and are still guaranteed lots of airplay on Capital. There's no "rules" against it though, as far as I know. Although it was very annoying last year hearing Lick Ya Down once every 2 hours for 4 months. :drama:

any news on where kreayshawn is? I was hoping that she'd be at least in the top 1000. :(

Surely there needs to be regulations? I am surprised a rival label has not tried to take this court?

4. Lawson - Taking Over Me

24. & 53. Redlight - Lost In Your Love

43. Dizzee Rascal feat. Pepper - Scream

82. Of Monsters And Men - Little Talks

109. Mariah Carey - Triumphant

130. Maxsta - I Wanna Rock

197. Rizzle Kicks - Epic Dreamers Remix

Kreayshawn not top 1000

If it's not illegal, I don't think they can take them to court.

As unfair as it is, it makes sense that they want to promote their own artists. It's similar to how artists on Simon Cowell's label get preference when it comes to X Factor performances, for example. And lots of other things like that happen in the music industry.

'Little Talks' up to #80 - making slow progress but I'm pretty sure it'll eventually get up there. Could do a mini Gotye like Liam (I think?) suggested.

Lawson aren't going to get to #1, Wiley and Calvin are still pretty far ahead of all of the competition. Pretty sure they'll stay the top 2 for a second week. Lawson will be either #3 or #4 depending on how much they die off later in the week.

Dizzee still not even top 40 (now #42), not too surprised really. As this is almost OA/OS it might peak later but I wouldn't be surprised if he just flops entirely.

Redlight at #24 and #53, hopefully on for a second top 20 hit :D

It's not really that much different than most stations playing Black Heart every 5 minutes! It might be a bit iffy that the record comapny is so closely linked to Capital, I'm not saying it's not, but it's hardly lawsuit worthy

Does anyone know why River by Emeli Sandé is so high?

Before anyone answers you in a pissed off tone, it was used in the Olympics last night. Glad to see it so high :D

Why would someone answer me in a pissed off tone, has it been discussed already?
