This is fantastic, I can see it being a future single - very mainstream and pop while still keeping a bit of country! Doing great on iTunes yet again in the UK and of course flying up iTunes in the US!

I'd have preferred that as the album cover. Catchier than 'Begin Again' but not as anthemic as WANEGBT. I like it.

Taylor Swift ‏@taylorswift13

Just got word that you guys gave me my best first day of downloads EVER with 'Red'. THANK YOU. Also, I'm in Fundon!

Was WANEGBT released part way through a day or something? I just find it unbelievable that she'd be able to top it so there must be some explaination but of course it will tail off more during the week because it won't get the same level of immediate airplay.

Taylor Swift is on Radio 1 right now! :o :D
She's got an X Factor slot for this weekend. :D It would be nice to give WANEGBT a boost but at the same time that's passing now and I wouldn't mind her performing a new song. Excellent promo anyway and nothing major seems to be released around that time so her first #1 UK album could be a possibility.
It's not this weekend, it's a pre-recorded performance for I think next week.

Tracklist:

State of Grace

Red

Treacherous

I Knew You Were Trouble

All Too Well

22

I Almost Do

We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together

Stay Stay Stay

The Last Time

Holy Ground

Sad Beautiful Tragic

The Lucky One

Everything Has Changed

Starlight

Begin Again

-

The Moment I Knew

Come Back Be There

Girl At Home

Treacherous (Demo)

Red (Demo)

State Of Grace (Acoustic)

We already know the Ed collab but it hasn't been tagged so the band she's done a collab with is still being kept secret.

Not keen on all the titles - 'Sad Beautiful Tragic', eh..

Looks fantastic, I think! Can't wait to hear it, I hope it's more along the lines of Speak Now than the other two albums, and from what we've heard so far, I think it will be. :D
So many songs :D Taylor spoils us <3

The next promo single is I Knew You Were Trouble, which is 'the dubstep track'. Should be interesting. If it's as poppy and anthemic as WANEGBT then it should be amazing and she can probably pull off a shoehorned in dubstep breakdown which is the odd thing

Loving how there's so many songs on the tracklist

My predict for US sales:

1 week: 500.000

Before 2013: 2,2 - 2,4 mln (best US sales for album, which was realised in 2012 and # 2 after Adele in this year chart)

^ I think 730k first week. Although given the success of these promo singles I wouldn't be surprised if she was actually 1million + opening week, but still selling less overall than Speak Now.

I think, that Red can sell more copies overall, than "Speak Now", if this album will be have a long life in charts (watch "Taylor Swift" album sales)

My bet for overall "Red" sales: between "Taylor Swift" and "Speak Now" = near 4.5 millions

OH MY GOD.

Amazing. Can't wait for the inevitable 'ZOMG SHE'S SOLD OUT AND GONE ALL POP $l*t!11!1!1!1!'....

She is singing We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together on X-Factor on Sunday! I had kind of hoped that she'd sing Red or even I Knew You Were Trouble but obviously I love WANEGBT as well and it should keep it top 10 for another week or two, can't believe how amazingly well it's done :o
I knew you were Trouble sounds FANTASTIC. Single number 2 please. Why would Taylor promote any other song on the xFactor? It would be STUPID for her to perform anything but Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together. It should give it another 2 weeks top 10 and should hopefully help her album go top 2 this time around! Well done to her label for not holding WANEEGB back for a couple of weeks, the outcome could have been much different!

Why would it be stupid? Whilst I hope it can help keep WANEGBT in the top 10 for a couple more weeks (X Factor performance, album release the week after so it'll have a 2nd version), I'm not sure how much of a boost it'll actually get, it's kinda done its work now. Performing another song could help sell the album, showing off a different side.

But I am happy to see her performing WANEGBT, especially since we didn't actually get to see it at the Teen awards yesterday, showing the crowd the whole time..

She has the promo so I wouldn't be surprised if it went to #1 in the UK. As for the US, I think a 500k would be disappointing - yes it's still huge but half of what Speak Now did and wouldn't be the biggest debut of the year even. She will probably have lost some sales because of her slight move away from country but that should be made up by bigger WW success.

Holy shit that sounds brilliant.
