Kate Bush for top 40, please! :D

Although it doesn't sound different from the original AT ALL bar a new vocal, apparently.

The instrumental seems more subtle to me, like the stuff on Director's Cut really. Noticeably different but not a huge change.

Looks like this might be heading for the top 5 :cheer:

 35. Curtain Call - Aiden Grimshaw

 47. Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God) [Remix] - Kate Bush

Trey Songz could potentially go top 10 at this rate and Aiden should definitely be on to outpeak 'Is This Love'.

Who do you think will benefit from the closing ceremony at the Olympics?

Hopefully the Spice Girls, George Michael, and Kate Bush (but the latter two are still just rumoured).
Yeah 20th March was the worldwide release, weird but iTunes often has errors like that as you say!

Boyfriend by Justin Bieber has the American release date on it instead of the UK one. Just thought I'd say. :kink:

Who is confirmed for the closing ceremony tonight? Spice Girls is a definite, then we've got George Michael, Muse, Kate Bush, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah and Taio Cruz all rumoured to be performing too.
The 'London' BBC Olympics montage has just been shown again, so expect another rise for that! :cheer:
Language - Porter Robinson  #12

Language at #11 now.

Glad Rita is doing so well!

London  31!! :cheer: If they play the montage a couple more times it could go top 10! :D

On this latest montage, there is a cover of 'Imagine' which I think is by Emeli Sande! It's beautiful, is it available to download anywhere? I've searched iTunes but I couldn't find it!

EDIT: Twitter is going crazy for this cover, but there is nowhere to download it! I hope her and her team realise the demand for it!

She was born in Pristina which is the capital city of Kosovo, of course at the time is was still part of Yugoslavia. She is of Kosovar Albanian ethnicity and she is 21. However, she is of a West London origin according to Wiki. :D

It feels a bit weird to think that she's only 1 or 2 months older than me. She'll only have 1 week at number 1 though as Sam And The Womp will knock her off top spot the following week.

Oh BOO. Die Trey. If Porter ends up peaking at #11 on iTunes now... :arrr:

I think/hope they'll still both go top 10.

It's weird Trey Songz's singles have all been flopping in the US recently, and now he's finally getting chart success in the UK.

1. How We Do (Party) - Rita Ora

11. Simply Amazing - Trey Songz

12. Language (UK Edit) - Porter Robinson

15. Bom Bom - Big Hits 2012

24. London - Sandy Denny & Thea Gilmore

25. Under the Sun - Cheryl

31. Curtain Call - Aiden Grimshaw

I have a gut feeling the actual version of 'Bom Bom' is going to get rush released and end up at #2 officially by the end of the week. Rita Ora is easily going to clear 100k so depending on how fast her sales decrease next week, Rita will either still manage to hold onto the top spot or 'Bom Bom' will climb to #1.

Oh, to be a teenager all over again. I might actually get the hype these two songs have been getting.

Personally, I've hardly seen any hype for How We Do tbh, although I am seeing a lot for Bom Bom. I always see some mention of the song every time I go on Facebook (which is quite a lot ).

Trey Songz - Simply Amazing is such a Bruno mars song... but TREY is soooooooooooooooooooooo hot!!!!

'Caliban's Dream' back  to #14! Go back into the top 10 please

We could have 4 songs heading into the top 10 soon; Trey, Porter, Underworld and the fake Bom Bom. The second and third of those deserve it. The other two not so much.
