They have an performance tonight on Red or Black, which despite low ratings made massive impact on Cover Drive's Explode. The girls were No.1 on Pre-orders (Until One Direction's forthcoming single was annouced). I'm certain it will get No.1, and if it doesn't, it will be a shock to the industry.

As someone was mentioning earlier about Black Heart, I think Little Mix might release a song like that next, due to the success of Black Heart, so there's clearly a market for those sorts of songs now, and also their next single should be due for release in December (just based on how other artists who release based around the X Factor did, like I remember Broken Heels and 3 Words being in the chart around that time), which is a time where ballads like that sell better probably.

When is Little Mix album expected to be released? Up until last week's release schedule it's was listed under Coming Soon without even an album title.

 

It might be worth the record company releasing another single in early December then release their album the following week so that they stand the chance of getting a potential third #1 single, and then with the album release in December too, the success of 'Wings' and *next single* would help sell the album. With album sales likely to be much healthier in the run up to Christmas, many people would buy their album to give their Little Muffins as presents on Xmas day. X Factor performance would be pencilled in for the Saturday before the single release.

Oh, I saw the video (well, screenshot) earlier but didn't bother watching it. :drama:

 

This is a turn up for the books. It's currently #36 on my iTunes. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this goes top 10 - it'll be similar to Must Be The Music in that respect.

Wouldn't it be all sorts of amazing if Lucy Spraggan got #1 next week and Little Mix #2.

I'd hope that this encourages ITV/SyCo/whoever would make the decision to release full studio recordings of all performances once we reach the live shows (like with American Idol & The Voice in the US) rather than just live performance recordings but it won't happen.

 

Lucy beating Little Mix to #1 would also be great for some lolz but again, won't happen.

Ah I get you!! I'm a bit slow today! :lol: I can't remember, but like Joseph said John was a lot higher on iTunes. You never know, Lucy could get into the top 10 yet though! :D
