O/T but my friend wanted to know whether buying all the tracks on the Wings - Ep would count as four sales towards Wings or is it one to each track?

I guess it depends if you buy the tracks individually or the EP as a bundle?

Buying all 4 tracks separately will be 4 sales for Wings in the official chart (one sale to each track on the iTunes chart, but they're all combined for the official chart). Buying the EP would just be one sale, as would buying any individual track. Buying the EP doesn't affect the iTunes songs chart as the sale goes to the EP on the iTunes albums chart.

As far as I know, buying the four different versions separately would count as four sales towards "Wings" as they'll get combined. I don't know if it's ever been confirmed, but that's what is generally believed as remixes/alternate versions ARE combined. It's just whether one person buying four versions counts as four sales that I'm not sure of.
