I don't have the deluxe edition so I can't rate those tracks, although the album is pretty good. it's nothing on 'funhouse' at all though, I'd give at least half the tracks on that album a 10.

:lol: Regina, I think True Love is one of the best on the album, its so true to many relationships "you're an asshole, but I love you"... seriously wonder if Pink climbs inside my head sometimes with her songs :heart:

 

Its much better than most songs about relationships that are oh-so lovely, which to me is just fake, this is a real love song :heehee:

 

AND I also wanted to say, I want to add up the results to this NEXT WEEK (because I'm off work and may have some time to do it myself :drama: ), so please keep them coming :w00t:

(Sorry - I had to reorder the last two tracks to how they are on the tracklisting! :P)

 

The second half is a lot stronger than the first/middle section. I was probably a bit too generous even for a lot of the songs there. "My Signature Move" is the best non-single (so far) on the album - I'd like to see it released at some point; it's not the by-numbers pop/rock of "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" and is something a bit different for P!nk. There are some very strong tracks on there though, and as always, P!nk excels with the ballads (so it's a shame she'll probabably only release one of them, "Try").

Ugh. All these average scores for 'Run', 'Is This Thing On?' and (to a much lesser extent) 'The Great Escape' is depressing to see.

 

They're pretty much the only tracks (along with 'Just Give Me A Reason' and now, 'Try') that I have the time of day to play.

Sorry, I don't have the deluxe edition and as this closes tonight I won't have time to listen to the links you have posted.

 

I think The Truth About Love is a really strong album overall, the second half does drag a little bit but I can see Try and Just Give Me A Reason becoming as big as Blow Me in time.

You can still listen to the bonus tracks and add scores for those. I'll probably add up scores tomorrow night so still have plenty of time :D
